The story behind April fools day.🤪
April 1st was actually New Year's day before the Gregorian calendar was introduced in 1582.
Many cultures in europe, celebrated the new year around the spring equinox, late March into April, when life begins again.
When the calendar changed and Jan 1st became the official new year, not everyone caught on right away.
Those who continued celebrating in April were mocked and called "April Fools".
When you think about it, makes more sense, than Jan in the middle of winter.

This is the real reset.
The natural new year.
The one your body actually feels.
