Don’t take it from me.

These are women who came in feeling the way you might feel right now. Tired of starting over. Not sure anything would be different this time.

Read their words. Not mine.

‘It’s not a source of stress anymore.’
‘I don’t beat myself up over food.’
‘I feel happier in myself and my body.’

That’s what changes in here. Not through another rigid plan you have to be perfect to follow, but through learning what actually works for your life, with a dietitian in your corner and a room full of women doing it alongside you.

We start together tomorrow morning. Tonight at 7 I’m live for the Goal Setting Kickstart, and it’s recorded, so it’s yours the minute you come in. Come in today and you start day one with the group, set up and ready, instead of catching up next week.

This is the moment. Back yourself.

It was never you. It was the approach.

Here’s what’s actually inside Nourish to Flourish:

Your own nutritional guidance from me, a Registered Dietitian, worked out for you, not pulled from a chart
No calorie counting, no tracking every bite, unless numbers are something that help you
Weekly live calls where you can ask me anything
Meal guides and a recipe portal built for busy weeks, not perfect ones
A group of women doing this at the same real-life pace as you

No two women’s nutrition is the same, so this was never going to be one-size-fits-all. You choose the approach that fits your life, and I help you make it work.

We start together tomorrow morning. Tonight at 7 I’m live with everyone who’s in, setting it all up properly before we begin. Come in before 7 and you’re in the room with us.

If food feels like a constant loop of starting over, getting a bit of a grip, then falling off and starting again, this one is for you.

‘Find Your Rhythm’ is not a plan to white-knuckle for a few weeks and then drop. It is a food-first, evidence-based way of eating that fits around your real life, the school runs and the late finishes and the dinners out, so it can become part of your everyday rather than another phase you fall off.

If you are ready to let go of the overwhelm and stop starting over, and to feel better in yourself without it falling apart the minute life gets busy, come and join us inside Nourish to Flourish.

Doors close tomorrow, Sunday, at midnight, and we begin on Monday. Any questions at all, send me a message and I will talk you through it.

You have tried the plans. You have tried starting fresh. It never lasted, and you were told that came down to willpower. It did not.

Here is a tour of what you actually get inside Nourish to Flourish. Your own requirements worked out for you, and a Registered Dietitian at the other end every single week.

It is not a fad and it is not a quick fix. It is for the woman who wants to change how she eats for good.

We kick off the Find Your Rhythm challenge on Monday and doors close Sunday night, so this is your last chance to join this round.Message me for more info!

Supplements are designed to SUPPLEMENT your diet and not replace it. Please be aware of what supplements you’re taking especially if you’re combining a few. The high percentages may look good on pack but more is not always better. And no supplement, no matter the cost will ever outperform Whole Foods.

Porridge bread. The easiest loaf you will ever make.

Ingredients:
500g Greek style yoghurt
2 tubs of porridge oats (use the empty yogurt tub as your measure)
1 egg
2 tsp bread soda
Pinch of salt
Mixed seeds to top

Method:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Empty yogurt into a bowl and use the empty tub to measure your oats.
Fill it twice and add to the bowl.
Crack in the egg and add the bread soda and salt.
Mix the bread soda through the oats before combining everything.
Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour into your lined tin, smooth the top, and score a cross.
Scatter seeds generously over the top.
Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes then reduce to 180 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Tap the bottom. When it sounds hollow it is done.
Cool on a wire rack before slicing.

The overwhelm is the bit nobody talks about.

Not the food. Not the plan. The mental load of trying to figure it all out on your own.

If that’s where you are, this is the one to end it.

Nourish to Flourish Find Your Rhythm is open. Challenge starts Monday 7th.

These are delicious! 2 eggs, whisked. Pinch of pepper. Heat up the pan, add the chilli oil and take the pan off the heat. Add the eggs and let them scramble. Serve with brown bread (my homemade recipe) and fruit or veg! Avocado would be nice if you like it!
