Trying to find a still for the cover shot was tough!!!

Just after making a small batch of magnesium oils. Thank you for continuing to buy them for the last 5 years. A therapeutic blend I began to make as there was nothing good enough to use myself or to recommend to clients on the market.

My family can't be without it and I'm so delighted yours love it too.

Made a fresh batch of Wild Yam Balm yesterday so they were ready to cap and label today. They start as handmade herbal oils and are blended to become this really beautiful mix of nervous system and hormonal support that also happens to smell amazing. Of course I can't claim that as per labeling regulations, but that has been the reported response from clients (including myself and my daughter) who use it regularly. I personally wouldn't be without it which is a big reason for why I continue to make it!!

Most of this batch are going to find their way to the shelves but a few will stay for online customers. Get them quick, they don't hang around and are intentionally made, so are slow to come back into stock...

Every year feels like a privilege to be involved in . I remember being woken up not long in the country in 2018 by music from Saile at such an early hour! The following year I walked it, through the unreal representation of emergency services lighting up the town during the pandemic, dawn sea dips in garrylucas, to this morning's large crowd.

It is a honour to be a volunteer there for it. All death is tragic but su***de, for me and I imagine for all of us, is particularly heartbreaking. It has affected me and my family and there is a sadness together with hope every time the Darkness into light takes place.

Thank you to everyone this morning who said good morning as I marshalled, the vibe today from a large crowd filled with familiar faces was inspiring.

Next Saturday evening I will be sitting in a room full of remarkable women at the Network Ireland Cork Businesswoman of the Year Awards, as a Branch Finalist in two categories — Solo Businesswoman of the Year and Networker of the Year.

I am proud of this. Twenty years of work that I love, recognised alongside women I admire. That deserves a grin and I will have a big one on the night.

My business has moved with me through every season. It supports me as I support others. That is not something I take for granted and it is exactly what it was always supposed to do.

I will be standing side by side with some brilliant people on the night including my wonderful colleagues at The Natural Clinic Cork. Good company makes everything better and there will be no shortage of it.

See you next Saturday at the party for us all.

Every single person reading this knows what pain feels like.

Around half of us are living with chronic or persistent pain — but far more than that are carrying pain that never got a name. Pain that came back so often you stopped mentioning it.

Most of us cope the same way. We distract. We brace. We go very still and hope it passes.

I've spent over twenty years working with women whose pain wasn't taken seriously until they found a different kind of conversation. What I know, and what pain science now confirms, is that pain is not a location. It is your mind and body tru=ying to reach you and when you stop to understand what it is trying to tell you, everything changes.

I'm Louise Kane Buckley, naturopath and craniosacral therapist based in Cork and Kinsale, working with women across Ireland and online. My approach uses craniosacral therapy, somatic tools, EFT and nutritional support. Always nervous system first, always tailored to you.

I've also just joined a pivotal nationwide data collection programme with using , building the evidence that changes how Ireland treats persistent pain.
