Don't forget you can still start the new Couch to 5k at Letterkenny Community Centre next week.

We know that for many people the first week of September can be hectic - especially with kids back to school.

Couch to 5k is all about getting started and the first three weeks are all about getting into a routine and doing a little bit of light running in between walking.

We do more walking than running. In fact we do only one minute per night more light running in week two than we do in week one.
Come on down and give it a go.

We had a great turnout last week - let's hope we see even more new faces in the week ahead.

It was wet but it was very encouraging to see so many coming down to the Couch to 5k Class this evening despite the wet weather.
Indeed, it was great to see about six or seven people joining up for the first time.
More than 60 people have begun this week!

Don't forget you can still begin next week be it on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday.
Registration is from 6.15 pm and we start at 6.30 pm sharp.

The first two weeks are really all about getting going and into a routine.

REMINDER. Yes, today is the start of the NEW COUCH TO 5k Class.

So come on down. Registration at Letterkenny Community Centre is from 6.15 pm and we start at 6.30 pm.

Registration is just €5 (includes first class) and is then just €3 per night.

Or you can pay up front in advance and save. Normally €60 for the 8 weeks - now €50.

Classes are on a Mon, Tues and Thurs.
