Couch to 5k at Letterkenny Community Centre

Reminder. Couch to 5k is on this evening at Letterkenny Community Centre, so come on down.
The weather is picking up.

We are onto week 3, but if you do bit of walking or running you can still join up.

Ask a friend to do it with you.

Registration is €5 (includes first night) and then it's only €3 per night.

We start at 6.30 pm sharp.

YES, YOU CAN STILL START THE NEW COUCH TO 5K CLASS AT Letterkenny Community Centre THIS COMING WEEK.

Last week we got underway, but there is very little difference (on minute, in fact) between week one and week two so don't worry if you missed out. You can still start. The biggest decision is to come down.

The first few weeks are all about laying the foundations - you do a mixture of short jogs and walking.

This could be the best best new thing you do this summer.

Why not ask a friend to do it with you? Exercise and socialise at the same time.

We are on Mons, Tues and Thurs at 6.30 pm.

Yes, the new Couch to 5k class is up and running.😀
Don't worry if you missed the first night on Tuesday, you can join up this evening.
We will be doing exactly the same as we did on Tuesday.
So come on down and give it a go.🏃‍♀️
