Health day at Sita letterkenny was todays adventure. Nice to get to show people in samples what neuromuscular therapy can do. Love their reactions after only a 10 min demo.

I like to explain to clients a lot about what the kinetic chain is and why we treat away from the “point of pain” to help the pain point.

Layman’s terms wise it’s basically finding the leak rather than just mopping up the puddle.

Back pain that hasn’t went away because the area of pain is been treated. Results come from treatment of the areas affecting that.

All set for FaME class in Donegal town

Been working with Donegal sports partnership on a falls management and exercise programme since October to help those who have a fear of falling or has had previous falls.
It’s all part of a HSE programme from the falls preventing team.
Been very rewarding to see the the progress.

Just to know it’s not a class that can just be booked as I know a lot of people have relatives in the same scenario but it is a referred programme from the HSE

Had one of my favourite treatments in yesterday. And happens regularly. Thanks to Frequency specific micro current.

Client had sprained ankle and in the early stages normally not much can be done except rest Ice elevate

However with FSM we can get going in the recovery stages straight away. The sooner the better. Fsm basically increases the ATP which allows the cell to react and recover quicker. With treatment the dark black/ blue bruising gets nice fresh red a lot sooner and functional treatment can be gained earlier.

The best part about it. It never fails 😊😊

Nice to get the thank you letters in the post also.
I always say to people that I am grateful for the reviews but the biggest benefit of a review is the person at home reading it and sees the potential to get better by reading a story similar to theirs.

**Got a long term pain issue ?? ⬇️⬇️**

Referred pain can be such a mystery for a patient. Why have I got this pain. I’m foam rolling !! I’m stretching !! I’m strengthening the area of pain… but no difference

Trigger points and treating the source of the pain can solve this.

Yesterday I had a client with a right leg issue. Resolved by treating her left shoulder. There is so many ways this type of treatment can help.

Getting back to school soon. Has your 8-12 year old took a sudden growth spurt and not fitting the uniform that you expected….

Have they pain along with this growth spurt. Low back, between the shoulder blades, knee and ankles

It’s very common in this age group and most of the symptoms are treatable in 1 or 2 sessions with great long term benefits too
