Perifollicular edema = tiny bumps & redness around hair follicles after laser ✨
It’s a GOOD sign the follicle absorbed the heat and treatment is working 🔥

Doesn’t happen to everyone — and that’s normal 👇
Less visible if hair is finer, density is lower.

Usually settles within a few hours 🌿

💡Post-Laser Skin Response Explained
What you see here - Perifollicular edema — is a normal inflammatory response and temporary reaction after laser hair removal.
It means the laser effectively targeted the hair follicles! 🔥
This usually settles within a few hours to 24 hours as the skin calms down.
✅Keep the area clean and cool

✅Avoid heat, tight clothing, and active products for 24-48 hrs

✅Wear loose clothing — I can't emphasize this enough! Tight clothing can trap heat causing heat spots and delayed healing.
Your skin is simply showing that the treatment is working. 💫
