Mimis Mindful Adventures

This sunday evening Foxhall Community Hall 🕯💜

this week! 🎃👻
We turned our bodies into Halloween creatures and had lots of fun practising some spooky breathing. 🕷️👻
MY friend Gogi,() , came along too and played a very important part — gobbling up all the children’s worries! 👹💜
The children then coloured their very own worry monsters, giving those worries somewhere to go. 🎨
And we finished with some lovely feather fun — gentle breathing, calm bodies and lots of smiles. 🪶💜
A little Halloween magic mixed with mindfulness, creativity and fun! ✨

✨ Next up is the ever-popular Gentle Glow Meditation ✨
Surrounded by the gentle glow of candlelight, take a little time to pause, breathe and simply be.
Let your stresses melt away as you settle into deep relaxation, peaceful meditation and a little much-needed time for you. 🕯️✨
Come as you are, switch off from the outside world and leave feeling calm, rested and refreshed. 💛
Your time to slow down. Your time to breathe. Your time to glow.
