Yesterday morning in my Charleville class, I was thrilled to present my wonderful member Breda with her 5 stone award. Breda attended all summer long! Good week, bad week she always turned up to weigh in. Delighted to see all your hard work pay off. What Breda is losing in weight, she's gaining in confidence. x ❤️

I do love to share a success story, and yesterday morning in my Charleville class, I had the pleasure of giving my fabulous member Breda her 4st 7lb certificate . Congratulations on your amazing weight loss in just 8 months! 🎉👏

Her dedication, consistency, and determination have been inspiring every step of the way. This achievement didn’t happen overnight — it’s the result of hard work, commitment, and believing in herself even on difficult days. Regardless of how the week went, she always showed up for accountability.

I'm so delighted to have been part of your journey. You should be so proud of everything you’ve accomplished so far — and this is only the beginning!

Started my week with an extended Flexifast. Was so looking forward to this. Yoplait Skyr natural yoghurt, 15g Chia seeds, and 15ml of slimline milk refrigerated overnight. This morning, I added a tsp of Follains spoonful and mix through. Topped with 30g Flahavan's no added sugar granola (smart carb), fresh blueberries, and a small sliced banana. All for 1 Bite. Washed down with my first pint of water 💪🏻💧
