🗣 Tomorrow kicks off the first of a series of free talks and workshops happening throughout Limerick during September, in association with Shine Ireland, Shine's Green Ribbon, ABC for Mental Health & Amanda Clifford Counselling.

This first workshop with the lovely Noelle explores mindfulness, meditation, the senses and essential oils — a lovely opportunity to pause, breathe and take some time for yourself.

Before investing in any specialised training, make sure you understand exactly what you’re receiving.

It’s important to look beyond the course content and ask:

• ❓️Who is providing the training and what professional recognition or accreditation do they hold?

• ❓️What certification will I receive on completion?

• ❓️Is the training recognised by my professional insurer & will I be able to obtain insurance?

• ❓️Are there any ongoing requirements after completing the training?

These are important questions to ask before you book, particularly when you're adding a new treatment or protocol to your professional practice.

Thomas has over 30 years of hands-on clinical experience, with extensive experience in NADA and auricular acupuncture training in Ireland and internationally.

Some of our therapists had the privilege of providing treatments throughout the 2026 WFDF World Ultimate Club Championships held at the University of Limerick 🥏🤾🥏🤾‍♂️🥏🤾‍♀️🥏

✅️ Supporting athletes (and one very good boy 🐶) from around the world with recovery and wellbeing was an incredible experience.
