A deeply relaxing sound journey to help you slow down, unwind and reset.

A nurturing experience combining ceremonial cacao with the healing vibrations of sound.

Come as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself to simply receive. 🌙

I’m very excited about this one…

Sound & Silence. A weekend retreat in Hollyford, Co. Tipperary.
Friday 19 to Sunday 21 February 2027.

Friday: we arrive, we eat, and the sound bath that evening is where the silence begins.

Saturday: a full day of it. Silent cacao to open the morning, then gong, bowls, meditation, walking, silent meals, the sauna if you want it, and a sound bath in the evening. Nobody talks, all day.

Sunday: a cacao meditation lifts the silence, then we sit and share before lunch.

Ten places. Residential, all meals in, sauna included.
€570 twin-share. €650 for a room to yourself. €240 deposit holds your place.

We’re putting in our next Somni Sounds order in the coming days. 🌿 SOMNI Sounds

Handcrafted in Brazil, Somni Sounds create some of the most beautiful and unusual sound instruments we’ve come across, designed around rich harmonics, long resonance and intuitive play.

The range includes the incredible Arkana Chimes, the movement-based Cálix, and the deeply resonant Somni Bells. The Cálix are available across a range of tunings including A/E, C/G, D/A, E/B and F/C, while the Arkana and Bells also offer different tuning and design options.

We already carry a selection of Somni instruments at Revival Harmony, but if there is a particular Somni instrument, tuning or design you’ve had your eye on, please get in touch with us over the next few days and we can look at including it in this order.

The studio is a mess, but I took a little break from tidying up to spend a bit of time with the Shruti. There is a song called Shri Guru Charanam by Krishna Das, one of my all-time favourite songs, and it came to mind as soon as I started playing the Shruti today. So here is a little Shruti and Voice session in the studio today.🧘
