The aim is to roll every evening.
The main function of your skin is to protect against the outside world. Your skin is your largest organ, except its also your waterproof barrier & on the outside! Your skin tries to keep everything out, sun, pollution, viruses, bacteria etc.
One of the most important skin ingredients is Vitamin A, which plumps and keeps skin healthy. Healthy functioning skin keeps your barrier intact, and your skin cells compacted. But by doing this, which is what we want, your protuct ingredients dont pe*****te so this is where rolling comes in! Creating tiny little channels in the skin's surface, allowing the incredible ingredients to get in and do their thing!!

People ALWAYS argue that a high number on a suncream is more effective than a low number.
Number relates to UVB, which is the heat we feel on our skin when the sun is around. This doesn't effect us Irish between October & March (unfortunately..could be April, May..) UVA is around all year, & through clouds, windows. Broad spectrum spf is imperative, all the time. Also, you need to use a good amount of it to actually work.
3 finger lengths of product is a good idea for face, neck, chest.
Face, Apply from ni***es up!
Every 90mins to 120mins.
Swimming, towelling, sweating, sports, exercise, sun..all depletes the spf. So REAPPLY enough & often. 😘
