✨Gong & Sound Bath✨

A time to simply switch off… ✨

Take some time away from the noise, the phone, the to-do lists and everything that’s clamouring for your attention.

My monthly Gong & Sound Bath is a space to come in, get comfortable, close your eyes and simply allow yourself to rest.

For this time, there’s nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to do. Just lie back, get comfortable and allow the healing sounds and vibrations of the Earth Gong, singing bowls and other instruments to fill the space around you🌀✨

Whether you’ve experienced a Sound Bath before or you’re simply curious to see what it’s all about, you’re very welcome to come along.

No meditation experience is needed ✨ Just bring yourself, get comfortable and enjoy some time that’s completely for you😌

🧘‍♀️ Classes are back next week — 9th & 11th September!
Our classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.
In every class, we’ll breathe together, meditate, and move mindfully and gently, always working within your own body’s abilities.
Accessible yoga is about adapting the practice to you and your body — there’s no pressure to do anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
Come as you are, and move in a way that feels good for your body. 💛

✨ The Weekend Wind Down: Gong & Sound Bath ✨

Join me for a calming and grounding evening designed to help you unwind at the end of the week and ease gently into the weekend.

We will begin with some gentle breathing exercises to help you slow down and settle, guiding you into a deep meditative sound healing journey.

This is a space to let go of any tension, quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself 💫 so you can move into the weekend feeling lighter, more relaxed and ready for a deep, peaceful night’s sleep.

Afterwards, there’s time to integrate the experience before heading home ✨

• Releases built-up stress and tension from the week.
• Deeply relaxes the body and mind.
• Helps you switch off and slow down.
• Supports a calm, restful weekend and improved sleep.

Your comfort is important during the Sound Bath, so please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow & water.
