I used to think I just had to “push through” feeling tired all the time… 💛

I thought being exhausted was just part of being busy.

Working, looking after everyone else, trying to keep everything together… and somehow expecting myself to still have motivation, energy, and confidence left over at the end of the day.

But the truth was:
I wasn’t lacking willpower.

I was lacking:
