VisionÉire invites you to join us at the on Sunday, 21st June, for a community gathering and celebration marking the Summer Solstice.

This year, the solstice coincides with Father's Day in Ireland. As we gather beneath the sun at its height, we honour the masculine in all its expressions - the fathers and sons, friends and partners, mentors and guardians, and the masculine qualities that live within us all.

Together, through art, poetry, song, story, and circle, we will celebrate, uplift, and acknowledge the men in our lives within the magnificent ancient landscape of Loughcrew.

BIRTH YOUR OWN SHAMANIC RATTLE: A Sacred Crafting Journey

Step into the medicine wheel and craft your own sacred tool of sound, healing, and transformation. A shamanic rattle is not just an instrument — it is a living entity, a bridge to the spirit world, and a powerful ally for clearing energy. In this immersive, full-day workshop, you will be guided through the ancient process of “birthing” your own rattle from raw, natural materials.

What You Will Experience?

Sacred Fire Ceremony: Open the space by connecting with the four directions, honoring the spirits of the land, and setting your deepest personal intentions.

Shamanic Journeying: Participate in a guided drum journey to meet the spirit of the animal and the tree that have offered their gifts for your tool.

The Art of Crafting: Hand-stitch ethically sourced rawhide, shape your handle from native wood or antler and choose the sacred “insides” (crystals, seeds, or shells) to give your rattle its unique voice.

The Birthing Ritual: Wake the spirit of your completed rattle, consecrate it with sacred smoke, and learn how to use it for personal clearing and ceremonial work.🌿

All Materials Provided, ethically sourced rawhide, Natural wooden handles, Crystals, semi-precious stones, leather, feathers etc.
