Such a result today, new brows for my patient client who arrived last November with very dark brows. She hadn’t read my information about sending a photo if you’ve had brows done before, all was forgiven and she was brilliant about taking my advice regarding laser. I patch tested her that day and then began laser. They did not go yellow, so she did not need glycolic or saline, today she got her fabulous new brows. These will fade a lot and shrink and I will assess what needs to be done in a few weeks time. It’s all about looking after the skin.

NANO HAIRSTROKES ❤️ OMG I LOVE THEM!! Since using my fabulous Popu mini diva which has an amazing low voltage and can create fantastic hairstrokes without tearing up the skin life’s much easier!! Still not every skin is meant for hairstrokes but they are definitely easier than years ago. After around 8-12 weeks we will do a top up as they will be faded but then I normally don’t need to see a client for at least a year 🫶🏼

Scar camouflage is a form of medical tattooing I trained in over 10 years ago. However I have never liked camouflage pigments, something so light in colour obviously must contain a lot of titanium dioxide and the fear was a yellow tone over time. However hanafy have made some amazing camouflage pigments which I am trying out at the moment. They are very stable and are going to be fantastic for scars as well as stretch marks.

Nano hairstrokes ❤️ I just have to share this photo tonight as I’m just so excited about the result of these brows. My gorgeous client lady came to me in 2018 so we can see how the old pigment had virtually faded away, life happens and she didn’t get around to coming back until now so it was new brows and they turned out fabulous. It makes a huge difference to us as artists when a client is able to zone out and relax, it makes it less uncomfortable for the client as well. If your facial muscles are tight it is more uncomfortable even though I use the very best numbing. My client was totally zoned out, a dream to work on, so she got the very best brows ❤️❤️ can’t wait to share the video tomorrow 🥰

This lip blush turned out fantastic today ❤️ cranberry and cherry mixed together which will heal more muted pink than reddish tones. The idea with lip blush is you can still use your own lipstick but when it wears off you have a better shape and colour. Or you can choose to just wear a clear balm 🫶🏼

The difference a brow makes! Please remember PMU ( permanent make up) is not brow powder sitting on the top of the skin, it is pigment implanted into the skin and it is intended to look like a natural brow and not replace your brow powder. It is perfect for when you are on holiday or not wearing much make up but still have a shape there. You can easily apply a touch of make up over the top for a more defined look. Nano strokes are right on trend at the moment but not every single skin is right for them, some clients require more shading, it will still be natural. ✍🏻️

So good when you get a client who says they aren’t nervous about getting their brows done, they trust the process and are looking for definition back to their face. These brows turned out so good! We were both delighted at the end of the procedure.

Loved doing these brows today! My client was so excited at the result ❤️❤️ these will heal, Peel and fade and then the pigment will push back through, a top up will be required and then she will have perfect brows. Occasionally a client may require an extra top up if they’ve difficult skin or they really opt for natural and are nervous then sometimes they may need an extra, but better to be cautious.

Removal cannot be rushed. I’m asked every day, how many sessions of laser will it take? When can I get new brows after the laser? I can’t answer these questions with completely honest answers until I start working on you. It boils down to how many times did you have them tattooed? By how many different technicians? They use different pigments, each pigment has many different individual colours, some have more stubborn yellows and reds than others.Some clients have very good lymphatic system to get rid of the pigment after the laser shatters it, other clients with say auto immune disorders may take longer to remove the pigment. The skin type, the age of the client all must be factored in. Are they looking for hairstrokes after or a powder brow, or do they just want the brows gone and never redone? So I can’t give timelines to clients as I don’t like to get your hopes up, realistically you are looking at several months at least. 6 weeks between laser sessions and at least 8 weeks for new brows after the last laser.
