"I'm afraid to lift weights in case I damage myself" often said by people who lift their grandkids, golf clubs, flower pots, wheel barrows, their suitcases, or whatever else life might bring.

Stay strong for life, not fearful of movements.

Lifting things is normal part of life, stay strong so you can enjoy it to the fullest.

Look at the timeπŸ‘€πŸ‘€πŸ•‘πŸ•š

One of the most common struggles I hear with exercise, is finding the time to fit it into our busy lives. Instead of trying to find that 20-30min window why not use those 2 and 3 min windows. They all add up.

So next time you're waiting for the kettle, or a kiss activity to start finish use those precious minutes for a few squats, a little walk or a stretch. You'll feel the better for it.

Anything that gets you moving is good exercise. Like all exercise build it up gradually. How are you moving today?
