✅ Only the top 0.5% of athletes worldwide earn their place at HYROX Worlds, out of one million competitors globally.

✅ Out of the top 5,000 athletes on the planet, four of finest are stepping onto that start line Conor & Cathy and Miriam & Nessa.

✅Cathy is racing twice this weekend, taking on the Female Solo on Friday before returning on Sunday to compete in the Mixed Doubles alongside Conor.

✅ Nessa & Miriam earned their World Championship spot in their first ever race together in Dublin last October! Some achievement!

✅ Months of scarficifes, tough sessions, and serious dedication all lead to this moment.

⚠️DIFFERENT LOCATIONS, DIFFERENT GOALS, SAME OBJECTIVE⚠️
🔥💪🏆🔥💪🏆🔥💪🏆

✅ From Strabane to Riga and back to Ballybofey, we had members taking part in multiple events over the long weekend.

✅ Different locations, different challenges, different goals — but the same objective: to test themselves, push their limits, and prove to themselves that they can!

✅ Barry had a standout performance with a massive 5-minute PB, smashing his sub-70-minute target and finishing in 1:07. Micheál was also chasing a sub-70-minute finish and put in a solid shift but unfortunately missed out this time. No doubt he'll be back stronger! Declan, who took 2nd place in his age group in Riga last year, finished in 1:06, just 4 minutes off his PB despite very limited Hyrox specific training.

✅ Shane was in Strabane and took 2nd place overall in a time of just over 60 minutes. An impressive performance from Shane, who has made huge progress over the last six months.

✅ Michelle and Jackie were in Ballybofey taking part in a Hyrox sim. The girls first teamed up for Hyrox Sligo last February and have worked brilliantly together ever since, putting in some fantastic performances. They took 2nd place at Hyrox Donegal and followed it up with a brilliant 4th-place finish in Ballybofey.

✅ A huge well done to everyone who took part over the weekend. Remember, time is only one way to measure improvement. Showing up, challenging yourself, and striving to be better is what its all about.
