If you are pregnant and you’re looking for a relaxing evening this is your chance to treat yourself.

This event gives you the chance to connect deeper with your baby/ies through a small meditation technique, relax with a small sound bath and talk about any doubts or fears you have.

Booking is required because the class is small and you can do it by messaging me.

✨✨Kids and holistic instruments✨✨

This is my toddler playing a Tibetan bowl and he really enjoyed feeling the vibrations and discovering how to play the bowl and to stop the sound. 🎶

Kids know how to simply listen, to be still, to feel a sound move through the body rather than just hearing it with the ears. Tibetan bowls are low frequencies instruments that help the mind to calm down, the nervous system to resettle and create more space for emotional awareness because the person connect with his/her inner soul. 💕

I feel so lucky my kids get to know these instruments because they can help them to stay connected with their inner center and use them when they feel overwhelmed.❤️

✨✨Sound-vibrational Treatment in pregnancy✨✨

Pregnancy is the most delicate and emotional period and some women experiences some fears and anxieties especially when they tried ti get pregnancy for a very long time.

The treatment with the Tibetan bowls allow the woman to get in contact to the inner center and send positive energy to the baby. In addition the vibrations of these instruments help the energy to heal the body and the low frequency sounds allow the mom to be to relax and bond deeper with the baby.

Personally I used the Tibetan bowls during my two pregnancies and I have to say that my babies both loved the treatment because they were moving a lot. 😍

It’s a great opportunity for moms to meet other moms,
