Ongoing disagreements between paramedics and NAS/HSE continue to highlight the reality on the ground, a workforce stretched, undervalued, and still fighting for fair recognition. Previous deals have not only failed to address the evolving role of paramedics, but in many cases have proposed detrimenta changesl to our current conditions, agreements, and overall work life balance.
We have taken on more responsibility, more clinical decision-making, and more pressure, without fair compensation or sustainable rosters to match.

This isn’t just about pay.

It’s about respect, retention, and a service that can actually support its staff while delivering for patients.

Fair conditions. Fair agreements. Fair pay.

Contact your local TD if you agree, thank you for your support.
