This is all about setting up to be in the best position possible when you do begin to pull your body weight up to the bar!

No hunching or pulling from the shoulders here, we’re looking for full back & lat engagement 💪

If you’re trying to make the most of your time in the gym ladies then ..

Don’t Make These Gym Mistakes

✅You have no plan & just wing every session..random workouts will lead to random results. Find yourself a proper program and stick with it for at least 4-6 weeks at a time

✅Not keeping track of your workouts and progress! Log every exercise and workout & strive to progress with your lifts in each session

✅Going into the gym with no fuel in your system..this is like trying to drive to your destination with no fuel in the tank⛽🏎️ you won’t get very far! Make sure to have a good pre workout meal in you before you hit the gym!
