I’ve been chatting to a lot of women lately about hair shedding…
and honestly, it’s rarely just about the hair 🤍
From a Chinese medicine point of view, the hair is nourished by our Blood and supported by our deeper energy.
So when life has been full on… stress, change, giving to everyone else…
the body naturally prioritises what’s most important first.
And sometimes, the hair gets what’s left 🌿
It’s not something going wrong.
It’s more like your body asking for a bit of support… a bit of care back.
We’re so used to pushing through, keeping going, holding it all together…
but the body does keep the score.
This is where things can gently shift 🤍
Coming back to simple things…
slow, mindful movement like Qigong
taking a few proper breaths, eating nutritious foods, and giving yourself space to rest.
This is how we regulate the nervous system.
This is how the body begins to feel safe again.
And from there… it can start to nourish properly 🌿
And sometimes, a little extra support can really help…
through 1:1 wellbeing sessions, craniosacral therapy, or deeply restorative head spa rituals.
A space to slow down, be held, and allow the body to reset 🤍
