Teen girls strength training coming up June 17th!

Age 13-17.

10 girls maximum in the class.

Supportive, safe environment where young girls can develop strength, confidence, and a lifelong love of fitness.

Classes designed for age-appropriate teen girls for different skill and confidence levels focusing on proper form and techniques of basic functional movements.

Engaging in regular physical activity during teen years can set the stage for a lifetime of good health. From building strength and cardiovascular fitness to maintaining healthy physical and mental health, build self-esteem and positive body image.

Every Wednesday at 7pm.

6-week Strength Training for Women it's a program of strength and functional training that builds a foundation for those totally new to exercise and those who already do some gym workout but are confused how to actually train and use the gym or just simply need to shift their direction and learn how to start health and fitness journey.

One of my biggest success over years is introducing women to weight lifting and most of the time there is no way back from it.... Women becoming strong powerful independent and confident and 95% of them absolutely love it !

In this course, you will learn:

-  compound movements like deadlift, squat or push press and bench press,

-how to use machine and free weights,

-mobility training,

- how to plan your workouts, 

-how to manage limitations you might have with previous injuries and workout around it. And so much more! 

 All done in 2 seaaion a week in female-focused environment. 

Strength training health benefits are endless and if you stay consistent with it will have huge positive impact on your life!!!

It will make everyday activities more accessible and less likely to cause injuries.

It will help you to reduce risk of osteoarthritis or osteopenia.

It will make it easier to do things like pick up a heavy box or play with your kids.

Just a few info about news in Women's Health Hub.

😃 New 6-weeks beginners strength training group starts in May 12th ( more info soon).

😃 "Teen-girls power" group starts soon as well!
Great opportunity for girls to develop healthy habits, stay active, get strong, gain confidence and establish a foundation for a lifetime of well-being!

😃 Yoga with Mel continues on Wednesday at 8pm.Contact me or to book your place.

And here we are... A nearly a year of Women's Health Hub.

What an amazing community has been created ❤️

I'm forever grateful for everyone who joined the hub over the last year...

Why this place is so special? I think the best way to explain it is to let girls speak about it.. I asked them to share their experience in the last year or months of training here and I'm blown away with their responses...

I will keep posting the reviews for the next few weeks as every woman has a unique experience with this place and every single review is worth it to read.

Good news! New members welcome in January. Bad news is, there is only 10 spaces for that. I'm bringing up new classes for total beginners!!!

 I offer:

And support is unbelievable! No mirrors, no videos during sessions. We focus on training and admire ourselves for what we are capble of, not how much body fat we have..

The biggest satisfaction I'm getting from my job is seeing women every day walking out from the gym with a happy face and saying how much better they feel after..
Strength training group classes are always the busiest!!!!

Because strength training is not just a workout.. you are not only losing body fat,"toning up," and making your bones stronger. It's so much more than that!

It's a release from your worries..

Bad mood goes away in seconds..

It helps clear your head when thoughts feel heavy..

It makes you feel good about yourself..

You realize that strength is not about "look"..

You realize that  you are capable of way more than you think..

Scary new things at the gym and in life are not that scary anymore..

The strength,confidence, courage, and consistency you build will elevate every other aspect of your life..

I'm so proud of my girls for making new PBs, trying new things, or just showing up for themselves for the last couple of weeks. Women in their 30, 40, 50, 60, and even 70s... Seeing them changing inside out, not being scared of deadlifts anymore 🙈, how they think about their bodies now, it melts my heart..🥹💕

I'm delighted to announce that summer training for women is fully booked !!!

10 women, in their 40s,50s, and 60s who decided to improve their health by strength training and cardio.

It's a personalised group training when I can help everyone individually. Because every woman comes here with a very different background, ability, experience, and goals.

8 weeks, 2 sessions a week in a very friendly and safe environment when there is no judgement and compering.

You will learn that benefits of strength training are endless no matter your age.

You will become friends with cardio.

You will learn to stay consistent and actually looking forward to the next session!

You will learn that less is more sometimes and small adjustments work more than huge changes.

Im so looking forward to it!!!

8-week summer training for beginners starts on Wednesday, July 3rd 🥳.

If this is the time of the year when you have a little bit more time, you have a great opportunity to work on your goals and improve your health!

This program is designed for women who find it hard to stay consistent with their workouts,they don't know where to start, find it hard to do the first step, and look for accountability.

You can learn to lift weights and become friends with cardio .

You can learn how to stay consistent and get fitter and stronger.

You can learn that small adjustments work!!

And that you can do it all with your own pace and ability now with my support.

It's suitable for total beginners and for women who have some training background.

It's a personalised small group setting so I can pay individual attention to every single one of you.

Some of the girls from last year's 8-week summer training are still on it !! Some of them on their own in the gyms around them, and some of them still continue my classes after 1 year!! I call this success!!

Because my mission is to encourage women to move their body no matter where they are with it now, and break down as many barriers as I can that stops them from training !!

2 training sessions a week. 45 min each.

Wednesday and Friday 7pm.

Starts from July 2nd to August 27th ( 1 week break in the first week of August).

Cost €200 ( €12 a class!!! )
