Teen girls strength training coming up June 17th!
Age 13-17.
10 girls maximum in the class.
Supportive, safe environment where young girls can develop strength, confidence, and a lifelong love of fitness.
Classes designed for age-appropriate teen girls for different skill and confidence levels focusing on proper form and techniques of basic functional movements.
Engaging in regular physical activity during teen years can set the stage for a lifetime of good health. From building strength and cardiovascular fitness to maintaining healthy physical and mental health, build self-esteem and positive body image.
Every Wednesday at 7pm.
Start June 17th.
