Not the parts you already know and manage, but the ones still waiting, still unnamed. The versions of ourselves we haven't called back home.

I'll be weaving a variety of techniques and disciplines into the space, alongside Cacao, Inner Source Heart Expansion, Sound and other medicines I carry.

What to expect?
Expect nothing and everything.
Laughter that turns into tears, and tears that turn into laughter.
Connection, contemplation, stillness and movement.
Expect to leave different than you arrived.
Expect depth...

This is the last retreat I'll be offering in Ireland for now.

Another circle around the sun. This one feels unknown. Blank. Like standing at the edge of something with no map, no hand to hold except my own. And there is no other way 🤔than surrendering.
Let her hold me in her arms, beat in my heart, guide my feet where I can't yet see. Ma

A calling for deep trust and now what I'm grieving is the old self... she is slipping away. The one who needed to know how before she could even move.

A new initiation waiting where the knowing ends. Ah, the unknown, how scary you are! I stare at you like a woman with the eyes of a puppy 😅, wanting to trust you and terrified to all at once.

Please be gentle with me. Be wild with me. Be expansive. Be tender. Be joyful and warm. Teach me the beauty way, the one I need it, not the one I think I do.

And my prayer for this new cycle I believe is simple.

Lord, make me an instrument of thy joy and inspiration
Wherever you want me to be
May I be of service to the hearts that are open to receive.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience where healing sounds and vibrations guide you into a state of deep relaxation. Using instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums and other therapeutic sounds, you’re invited to lie down, rest, and simply receive. No movement or experience needed just allow the sound to wash over you.

Medicine Festival ❣️

Gosh, there's so much I could share, but honestly some experiences aren't meant to be shared, just lived, digested, integrated.

My body is still in integration mode. A lot happened in 5 days that it felt more like months. 😅

So many special and unexpected encounters, deep exchanges, humbling experiences. Joy, tears, laughter, tiredness, all at once.

Lucky me that this time I got to share this experience beside some of the most magical people I have in my life.

~ A Ceremony of the Heart~

There's a calling I feel every year around this time, to host this gathering. What unfolds is never the same twice. But this year, with the triple 8, something in me is especially lit up.🔥💃

I know portals aren't something everyone believes in, and that's okay. What I do know is that my own experience of the Lion's Gate has never been anything short of amazing, and this year, with the triple 8, I feel it even more strongly.

August 8th marks the Lion's Gate, a moment when Sirius (also known as our Spiritual Sun), the Sun and Earth align. Every year, this portal opens a symbolic window for accelerated awakening, manifestation, and heart-centred creation buuut in 2026🔥 its energy is exceptionally rare and amplified.

It's a portal of amplification: whatever you plant, intend or release lands with far greater potency. This year's triple 8s add their own weight, a call to step fully into abundance in all levels, courage and the truth of your heart.

I'm so excited for this! I will be hosting a Community Sound Bath at the Greywood Arts, if the weather permit we will be having this immersive experience in the Gardens and if unfortunately rains it will be upstairs in the beautiful room of the Greywood Centre.

What is a Sound Bath?
An immersive, full-body listening experience that promotes deep relaxation and emotional release through the transformative power of gongs, singing bowls, rattles, drums, chimes and other beautiful instruments.

Sound baths create the space for self-healing and transformation. The resonance of the instruments is not just an auditory experience it’s like receiving a full body sound massage.

The gong bath may not be suitable for women who are in their first trimester of pregnancy, those who have serious mental health problems or those who have epilepsy or pacemakers.
