✨ A special throwback to Hamburg 🇮🇪🇩🇪

A few years ago, I had the pleasure of hosting a skincare event for my clients in Dublin, offering personalised skin consultations using a skin analysis machine to identify their individual skin concerns.

Following the event, I was incredibly lucky to be one of two girls selected from Ireland for a special 3-day Eucerin training experience in Hamburg, accompanied by our Irish skincare trainer. 🤍
We had the amazing opportunity to visit Beiersdorf, the company behind Eucerin, and learn about the science, research, development and testing behind their skincare products.

We also visited the Eucerin Skin Institute in Hamburg, gaining a fascinating insight into professional skin analysis and skincare consultations.

Such a memorable three days, filled with learning, new experiences and a real insight into the science behind skincare. So grateful to have been part of it. ✨🇮🇪🇩🇪

After more than 20 years in the industry, I still believe that continuing to learn is an important part of giving my clients the very best experience and advice. 🌿

My skincare journey began with Shiseido, working as a Counter Manager & Facialist in Debenhams, Newry, before moving to Blackrock, Dublin. 🍃

Shiseido gave me incredible advanced facial training and ongoing education, including Japanese facial techniques and a philosophy I still carry with me today: facial first, understand the skin, then recommend the right skincare.

In Newry, I built a strong and successful counter, and in Blackrock I developed a large, loyal client base who returned regularly for their Shiseido skincare and facials.

Those years taught me so much about skin, touch, ritual and truly listening to each client — foundations that continue to shape the holistic approach I bring to my own skin company today. 🤍

🌿 Fertility Reflexology 🍃

When my clients come in for a fertility reflexology treatment, these are two of the acupressure points I use together. 🌱

Because they need to be held at the same time, this is something you can also try at home with the help of your partner.

✨ How to do it:

• Hold PC6 (inside of the right forearm).
• Hold SP4 (inside of the left foot, medial side at the base of the first metatarsal bone).
• Apply gentle, steady pressure while taking 3 slow, deep breaths together.
• Continue holding for 1–3 minutes, focusing on releasing tension and relaxing. 🧘‍♀️

These points open the Chong Mai Vessel, in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which circulates essence and connects the heart, uterus, and reproductive system. 🌿
