our clients. Starlit Therapies is run by Kelly & Stephanie Kaneswaran, two gifted practitioners with a common goal, to combine both male and female energies (Ying and Yang) offering a more wholesome, balanced approach to healing. The main healing modalities offered are:

Reiki - a Japanese healing tradition dating back to the 1900's when translated means universal (Rei) - life force energy (Ki) also known as Prana, Qi or Chi and is channeled by the practitioner as a healing energy source. Integrated Energy Therapy (I.E.T) - uses energies from the Angelic realms to work directly on the removal of negative patterns from the bodies cellular memories

Seichem - Egyptian origin and an enhancement to Reiki which uses the elemental energies of Air, Fire and Water to enhance the practitioners healing potential. All the healing modalities provided by the duo work in Synergy with each other, the elements of Earth (Reiki), Fire, Air, Water (Seichem) and Spirit (I.E.T), help to combat many different types of ailments and illnesses, relieve stress and anxiety and promote inner balance and peace to the mind, body and soul.

✨SĀDHANĀ& SURRENDER✨

Sādhanā is a sacred personal practice. A moment in your day just for you to connect in, to learn discipline and to grow on all levels as a person and a spiritual being 💖

My journey has been frustrating at times to say the least, I have very little time to myself being a Mama and even when I do schedule some time it's very often interrupted. Then add in some guilt because wishing for some space and some me time means missing time with my family, precious time that I know I'll yearn to have back when they are older.

This is the hard part about being a parent and still a person. You want to give them everything yet you don't want to lose yourself.

The key, I have found, is SURRENDER. It's the hardest act to master. To consciously let go of the need to control how things work out, to accept the moments that change course so quickly and to flow in the new direction with patience, acceptance and a curiosity for the unknown ✨

Some days I get to my mat, some days I'm off it as quick as I got on there, a lot of days it stays rolled up in a corner. But every day I try to bring my breath into the present moment, to take a snippet of time to stand still and just be, to notice life and be grateful for everything in it, even when it's a day that's not flowing how I planned. SURRENDER is the current lesson my Sādhanā is teaching me, and it's a mighty one 🙏🏼✨✨

The most soul-nourishing weekend ✨
Honestly, it was magic 💖

It felt so daunting to return to a yoga teacher training after what feels like a lifetime since my first — and being 11 months postpartum, I truly thought I’d spend most of the weekend hanging out in child’s pose 🤣

But my body showed me how strong I am, my mind showed me how powerful I am, and together they allowed me to open and receive the unbelievable wisdom and knowledge from
✨

The group of women I shared the weekend with were just beautiful — each with so much wisdom of their own. I learned from everyone, and for that I’m so deeply grateful 🙏🏼

Also hugely grateful to my husband for holding down the fort with three kids on his own all weekend — hero energy💪🏼💖

I feel refreshed, recharged, and powered up ⚡

Thank you Lucy for the energy you poured into each of us this weekend and the grounded and magical space you held for us — grateful for you is an understatement 💖

Yoga + energetics are my absolute vibe ✨

Last week was energetically heavy so this week, I’m choosing to move at the pace my body asks for, not the pace my mind thinks I should be at. (I'm learning 😬)

There is nothing to catch up on.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing missing.

Just breath by breath, moment by moment, allowing the rhythm that feels safe, true, and sustainable💖

I had such an amazing day at Manifest Magic Retreat teaching the morning yoga class for the loveliest group of ladies 💛

Not many people know that I’m a qualified yoga teacher. It’s something I did a few years back, originally just for myself. I wanted to go deeper and learn more, especially about the philosophical side of the practice.

Yoga has been part of my life since my early twenties — it’s always been an anchor for me, a grounding presence through different seasons of life. Most people in my life have been dragged to a class at some point, from friends to my husband… even my mam was my yoga buddy for a while 💖😊

I’ve tried so many different styles over the years, from Hatha and Vinyasa to Bikram and Kundalini. Ta**ra is my favourite to practice 💖 It runs deep in my veins, sits right at my core, and even when life gets busy and I lose my practice for a while, it’s always there, in my heart.

This was the first class I’ve taught in a few years, and my first time back to any energy work since having our baby ten months ago. I’m so delighted that it was at one of Ciara’s retreats. She is such an amazing being of light, with the most genuine, beautiful heart.

Thank you for asking me to hold this class at your retreat — I’m truly honoured.

Looking forward to many more wonderful classes and more to come 💫💖✨

An exciting new chapter is unfolding… ✨

I’m so happy to finally share that Starlit Therapies is evolving into Starlit Holistic 💫

This change reflects the natural expansion of my work — from one-to-one energy therapies into a wider, more encompassing space for healing, embodiment, learning, and soul-led experiences.

As part of this evolution, I’m deeply honoured to be returning to my first love: yoga 🧘‍♀️
Before energy healing, before sacred modalities, yoga was my foundation. It taught me how to listen, how to be present in the body, and how to live with awareness. Bringing yoga into Starlit Holistic feels like coming home — and I’m so excited to share the essence of living yoga, not just as a practice, but as a way of being.

There is so much more unfolding:
✨ an exciting sacred retreat announcement coming in the next few days
✨ the launch of a new Starlit Holistic website
✨ and online content to support learning, remembering, and soul expansion

These are truly exciting times — an expansion without losing the heart of what Starlit has always been.
