Sharing because in the turbulent world we live in at the moment, we need more positive energy spreading, we need more peace, positive intention in meditation has been scientifically proven to positively affect surrounding areas 💛, it also feels good to do something positive, to feel like your are making a difference, which in turn positively affects your own neurobiology.

167 countries took part in Dr Joes last ‘Walk for the World’ Meditation on 23rd September last and I think it was over 160,000 people worldwide.

To take part is free, there is no charge, it just involves walking and listening and mentally engaging with the positive intentions, sending them out to the world. Dr Joes free walk for the world meditation is on YouTube or download it for free from his website.

The next ‘Walk for the World’ meditation is 11th November at 11am EST or 3pm GMT

Anyone who knows me or followed this page for a while knows I’m hugely into kindness and gratitude 💕. People often think of kindness or gratitude with a passing thought along the lines of its a ‘nice thing to do when you can’, but pass no more thought and while I’ll admit I once thought the same myself a good few moons ago, the way my life path has turned since has led me to more and more believe in the very healing power of kindness and gratitude.

I then discovered many books backing up not only the information, but the science that gratitude, kindness and other positive emotions are scientifically proven to improve health in the body (if they can be maintained on a daily basis for at least ten minutes a day for example).

It sounds corny, but my heart bursts writing this information because I have found that adopting this practice consistently, coupled with making the conscious effort with making kindness, understanding and gratitude my underline way of being in life (though I am far from perfect!), however, I have found it increases your love and compassion for people, their lives and what’s going on for them - nearly as a side-effected default.

When I found the scientific books then backing up that it is also good for your health, (not to mention mental health), I can’t help but think more people need to know about this 💗.

I do plan towards the end of the year putting a book together encompassing everything I have learned about life (with gratitude for that to my two wonderful angels), this will include much, much, more than information on kindness, gratitude as that is just ‘one segment’ of understanding life, the hope is that it will help people to learn how to navigate life, to hopefully find life a bit easier (like I did, once I learned all these things) and it also highlights what my Angel boys taught me is truly important.

In the future I’d love to help people more in this regard (when the time is right).

Finding Dr Joe Dispenzas books and meditations has been one huge game changer, I knew all about the power of gratitude and kindness through the likes of David Hamilton PhD and others and the subconscious mind through my Hypnotherapy Diploma, through Dolores Cannons QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) and through other Hypnotherapy greats but finally finding Dr Joe’s books ties the healing element of it all together.

Granted, having gotten to the understanding or place I have gotten to most certainly doesn’t mean I’m immune from a bad day (I do still have those and that is part of being human and navigating life)…but from learning everything I have, I bounce back quicker and life is calmer.

If anyone has read Dr Joe Dispenza ‘Breaking the habit of being yourself’, ‘You are the Placebo’ or ‘becoming supernatural’ let me know or if you are thinking of reading any of the above let me know as I am half thinking of forming a free group of time permits to help people with all this as I have found it so good) - just a note: I’ve no affiliation whatsoever to Dr Joe, just in helping people 💛.

Happy Tuesday 💗 (our new retriever puppy).

I’m taking a QHHT session breather until the end of April as with school back and working full time (this is my side hobby) life is too chaotic at the moment.

Anyone I have not gotten to yet, I will still be in touch - this area is my passion so I will most certainly be back.

QHHT sessions are minimum 4 hours plus, but a wonderful and sometimes life changing experience and an often humbling experience for me as an Interning Practitioner. If you want to be included in my list for next Spring please send the page a private message (sessions are still free for the period of my internship).

I will continue to post here now and then with bits and pieces that I am learning until I am back fully again next Spring 🌻.

I also want to write a book about my life and experiences and what I’ve learned, but that’s for next year too.

Love this 💕 as it’s a clinical study showing the positive effects of distance Reiki on Healthcare workers that participated in the study.

I used to facilitate Reiki sessions and loved it, and with my own sessions that I received, I always came away feeling peaceful.

The Western World incorrectly puts out a LOT of advice about striving to be independent and that it’s ‘wrong’ or ‘dangerous’ to rely on anyone or spend too much time with someone.

We thrive as a species with connection, connection is good for our mental health, it is dis-connection that is responsible for poor mental health.

Excerpt from Dr Sue Johnson book:

“Emotional dependency is not immature or pathological; it is our greatest strength.

Dependency is a dirty word in Western society. Our world has long insisted that healthy adulthood requires being emotionally independent and self-sufficient; that we, in essence, draw an emotional moat around ourselves. We talk of being able to separate and detach from our parents, our first loved ones, as a sign of emotional strength.

And we look with suspicion at romantic partners who display too much togetherness. We say they are too involved with, too close to, or too dependent on one another. In consequence men and women today feel ashamed of their natural need for love, comfort, and reassurance. They see it as weakness.

Again, this is backward. Far from being a sign of frailty, strong emotional connection is a sign of mental mental health. It is emotional isolation that is the killer. The surest way to destroy people is to deny them loving human contact. Early studies discovered that 31–75 percent of institutionalized children died before their third birthday…”.

I had a QHHT session with a client recently who went back to a previous life as a cave person. The day was centered around catching food for survival, the men would typically do this and the women would find and pick berries. Nothing was wasted. The client expressed how everything was in tune with nature and although their day was centered around survival there was a great sense of being in peace, with one in nature.

I thought it was as a good example to share as we have moved so far from our simple in tune roots and I do believe our ‘modern’ way of living and how we are cut off from our innate natural intuition and work life balance, consumerism and the whole comparison trap and that is why so many people are overwhelmed or stressed today. We are soo cut off from our roots.

Balance is everything, it’s needed for our bodies and our general mental well being.
