Sharing because in the turbulent world we live in at the moment, we need more positive energy spreading, we need more peace, positive intention in meditation has been scientifically proven to positively affect surrounding areas 💛, it also feels good to do something positive, to feel like your are making a difference, which in turn positively affects your own neurobiology.
167 countries took part in Dr Joes last ‘Walk for the World’ Meditation on 23rd September last and I think it was over 160,000 people worldwide.
To take part is free, there is no charge, it just involves walking and listening and mentally engaging with the positive intentions, sending them out to the world. Dr Joes free walk for the world meditation is on YouTube or download it for free from his website.
