A real honour to speak in Dublin this week at ‘Elevate Your Skin Game’, a full day of education for skincare professionals at the Herbert Park Hotel.

My session was on the consultation. The client journey, pre and post care protocols, and why the standard of client consultation / education sets the standard of treatment results and long term skin health.

In very good company: global clinical educator with Sciton, flew in to up our laser game and Anna Gunning RGN of an aesthetic nurse and one of Ireland’s most respected voices in clinical training reignited the love of micro-needling.

One of the highlights of last week was having the opportunity to interview Dr. Geoffrey Heber, founder of Ultraceuticals and one of Australia’s leading cosmetic physicians, during his first visit to Ireland.

Following a wonderful breakfast event at The Westbury Hotel, Dublin, where Dr. Heber shared insights into upcoming product launches and innovations, I was delighted to sit down with him for a one-to-one conversation.

As the founder of Ultraceuticals and a pioneer in non-surgical cosmetic medicine, Dr. Heber has spent decades advancing results-driven skincare grounded in science and clinical research.

We also had some fascinating discussions off-camera about new formulations currently progressing through development and clinical trials in Australia, which we hope to see reach Ireland in the coming year or two.

Six months, countless conversations, plenty of laughs, a few uncomfortable questions, lots of learning, and one very grateful business owner.

Yesterday I graduated from the Going for Growth programme and I’m leaving with fresh perspective, renewed confidence, wonderful new friendships and a notebook full of ideas.
