Both things are true. 💚

The sun comes out and something in you lifts, and that’s real.
The sun comes out and you still feel heavy, and that’s real too.

You don’t have to perform wellness on a bright day. You don’t have to pretend the sunshine fixed it. And you don’t have to feel guilty for feeling better when it hasn’t fixed anything at all.

Wherever you are today — it’s valid.

If you’re struggling, even on a beautiful day, we’re here. 💚

✨ Meet Hannah McCann — Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist

A Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, Hannah's work is grounded in Freudian and Lacanian psychoanalysis. She works from a psychodynamic perspective, offering a thoughtful, compassionate space for clients of all ages.

One of Hannah's real passions is working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Her background in fine art shapes her practice in a beautiful way, she weaves therapeutic art techniques into her work with younger clients, creating more accessible, expressive pathways to healing.

Hannah's clinical experience spans an extraordinary range of settings — from palliative care and psychiatric services to substance misuse, community mental health, and therapeutic support for children in disadvantaged communities. She works with a wide range of presentations including anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders, postnatal depression, gender dysphoria, and relationship difficulties, among others.

At the heart of it all, Hannah offers a safe, non-judgmental space where your experience is heard, respected, and understood — exactly as it is.

We're so glad she's part of the team. 🌿

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. 🌿

And if there’s one thing we want you to know — it’s this:

Whatever you’re carrying right now, you don’t have to carry it alone.

Sometimes it’s the quiet struggles that weigh the heaviest. The ones you don’t always talk about. The ones you’re not even sure how to name yet.

That’s okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you reach out.

At ThinkWell, we’re here to sit with you in that, gently, without judgement, and at whatever pace feels right for you.

If something has been sitting with you lately, this week is a good week to let it be heard. 💚

It’s bank holiday weekend. 💚

For those of you who get to slow down this weekend — let yourself actually slow down. Not the kind of rest where you’re mentally running through the list. The real kind.

Rest is not laziness. It is not something you have to earn. It is something your mind and body genuinely need.

And for those of you working Monday, in the jobs that don’t stop for bank holidays, the caring roles, the essential work, the shifts that keep going regardless — we see you. Be as kind to yourself this weekend as you would be to someone you love.
Whatever this weekend looks like for you, you deserve to meet it gently. 💚
