Dear friends,

first of all, we would like to thank our clients who, even when cancelling or missing an appointment, kindly offer to pay or promptly cover the cancellation / no-show fee.

This truly means a lot to us — it builds trust, respect, and makes us genuinely happy to continue working with you. Thankfully, many of you share this mindset, and it is exactly because of you that we have not introduced mandatory deposits at the time of booking.

We are always understanding when it comes to rescheduling or cancellations. We rarely request compensation and never do so if we have enough time to fill the available slot.

However, there are situations with very short notice when the day has already been carefully scheduled. In such cases, a cancellation results not only in an unfilled gap in our therapists’ schedules, but also in missed opportunities for other clients whom we had to turn away due to being fully booked. Additionally, every booking involves our time and care spent on communication and finding a suitable time.

In these cases, we have to apply a cancellation fee. This is not so much about the money, but about respecting our time and work.

To avoid any misunderstandings, please note:
• cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance — 50% of the service cost
• cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance or no-show — 100%
