I've a feeling, as I start to type, that this is going to be a 'confession'! Not the type with three Holy Marys as penance...or so I hope anyway!

I can't believe - with the exception of re-sharing the exam affirmation (that always works btw...according to feedback I receive) - I have not posted anything here since March 15th 2024, almost two years.

Some confession this is...my mind is blank...and I feel very much at peace with where I am now...and not feeling I need to 'account for myself' or give any long explanations. (That is definitely progress!)

I guess the truth is...I had to walk away from doing what I REALLY LOVE because I was burnt out...and when I don't have my energy where I need it...my MAGIK doesn't work and things don't align for me. This will sound crazy to anyone not working with the Law of Attraction, but for those of us who do or who have at least glimpsed the MAGIK that is possible, making things happen by action alone is a FLAT and less than optimum experience.

LONG story short, I thought I'd walked away from this work and my business, for good.

In the meantime, as I worked on changing career, I've had the joy of doing the Horticulture Course in Belvedere House in 2024/ 2025, followed by the incredible experience of doing Construction Multi-Skills in Athlone Traning Centre (video below), both giving me the chance to learn things I've always wanted to learn, while giving myself time, space and self-care to recharge my depleted batteries.

Anyway, I'm not ready to relaunch my business...just yet. But as Esther Hicks / Abraham would say..."I'm getting ready to be ready!"

I know this is the work I love. I see so many Jumpstarters and 321 Focusers in my daily life, still relying - to some extent - on the tools I've shared over the years.

It's 20 years this July (not a typo ...yes 20 years) since the first Jumpstart Your Life class (aka Ordering from the Cosmic Kitchen) in the Greville.

Anyway...I'm not gone for good. I'll be back...I don't know how soon...but I do know there is a new Jumpstart Your Magik course...starting to bubble up in me...since yesterday morning!

Just popping on to see if you had any magical experiences from writing out the Daily Intention for ?!

I had a few incredible ones. Two cars pulling out together, on two occasions at the bank so I could drive straight in...and no queue in the bank either, now that I think of it.

The best piece of magic was last Sunday. I got this mad flash 'vision' of Costa Cafe, which I rarely go to and couldn't locate and then this message to go to New Look and buy a new jumper..which I didn't know I needed!!!!

I headed out the door...and the car wouldn't start...so I decided to walk anyway as the nudge seemed so strong. Just as I got to the shopping centre I bumped into a friend from out of town whom I already knew was going through a challenging time. Split second timing, if I'd driven I'd probably have missed her.

I went in to New Look...tried on a few jumpers, selected one for €23...that turned out to be €9 at the checkout!

I was also 'given' a wonderful affirmation for the friend which will work for everyone and I'll share now too.

The final piece of magic...when I tried the car on Tuesday (nudged to do so...and really skeptical!)...it started no problem...and it's been fine ever since!

You really couldn't make it up.

Finally, apologies to anyone in Mullingar who could hear me ROARING laughing this evening...a good friend sent a WhatsApp message to remind me I only have a few hours left to propose! 😂🤣

I know I've been quite for February...I make no apologies. I was putting me first...and I really had a lovely month. Hope you did too.

Forgive me the use of an old outdated fairytale BUT...

A wise Toastmaster once told me that Cinderella did not become a princess AFTER she married the prince, she already knew her VALUE and that's how the prince found her!

I've no idea how we were even having the conversation...but it's an insight that has never left me.

It's similar to a 'download' I got about a year ago and I've been trying to live by ever since, both personally and in my work...

BE THE LIGHTHOUSE!

Shine your own light and the right people will see you and show up. No gimmicks. No tricks. Good old fashioned WYSIWYG. (What you see is what you get...for those not of my generation!)

It's uncomfortable to be seen if we haven't learned to fully and unconditionally LOVE and accept ourselves.

There are so many reasons why loving ourselves can be a challenge.

I know personally my self-love blocks came from well-meaning conditioning to make sure I wouldn't get too big for my boots and from being an unplanned (and inconvenient) arrival!

Thankfully, after years of 'work' I'm out the other side and no longer perpetuating these old hurts and experiences.

As I say so often, most recently in my post and video on Valentine's Day,

It's ALL an inside job.

Until we learn to truly LOVE and accept ourselves unconditionally we are unlikely to experience this kind of love from others we connect to no matter what type of relationship.

If you'd like to LOVE yourself more unconditionally, try writing this out...and see what pops up for healing and trust you'll be guided to take the next steps!

I'm putting ME FIRST during so I'm only posting when I feel TRULY inspired and excited to do so!

'I absolutely KNOW my mind is controlling EVERYTHING in my life, by
thinking the thoughts
that produce the feelings
that magnetise EVERYTHING to me.'

I 'caught' myself writing this earlier today; it flowed from my pen onto the paper, in the same way I sometimes say things that seem to come from someone / somewhere else! (which completely goes against the concept of being in control...but never mind!!!)

I'm being guided to share this because it's time to recognise and claim / take back our personal power.

Sometimes the only power we have is over our mind because, try as 'they' may, no one else can think for us.

I've been there. Utterly powerless.

I had to stop focusing on reality, what seemed like a place of no escape and using the powerful question

How would it be if it were perfect?

I eventually created a new vision and a new story that was believable enough to give me relief, so it could actually start to become my lived experience.

Initially I had created stories that were too big a leap for me to believe and feel, so they actually kept me stuck.

We are only powerless when we believe it. I've chosen not to believe it or live it anymore.

I've had a 'Magik' card beside me for the last week

How could my LIFE be more MAGICAL?

What I love about the way I live now...I don't have to have the answers! I just write out the questions...and leave them...and allow the universe to guide me...with signs and nudges...usually to outcomes better than I could have imagined.

This may seem REALLY silly...but don't mock it till you've tried it!

Will you invest 30 seconds a day in YOU? (Not 10 minutes as previously ‘advertised’… JUST 30 seconds!)

has taken a new twist! This morning when meditating I was reminded of a message I’ve shared before:

Reading the recipe NEVER baked the cake!

Mental health is a BIG topic worldwide. There’s loads of talk but what can we DO or do differently?

From years of personal experience I know that the daily affirmation I use to set my intention every day (in less than 30 seconds…I timed it for the first time ever today!) is a major boost to my mental health.

SO…would you find a nice notebook and take 30 seconds each morning to write out the following:

I now have an AMAZING day.

OR

Infinite Spirit open the perfect way for me to have an AMAZING day today.

This is a practical first step in self-care, self-empowerment and self-love.

If you are a parent, teacher, in a team or any group can you encourage others to get involved too? (More in video!)

When meditating this morning, intending to make a video with our second daily task suggestion for the month I got a very strong nudge to take the day off.

SO for today, I'm dropping the 'shoulds' and giving myself the rest and care I need.

As a wise woman .holisticdesign (Instagram) said in a recent newsletter "Self-care is not just Netflix and bubble baths." That really caught my attention.

My daily self-care (when 321 is not on) starts with this shortened version of the Daily Affirmation.

I like Infinite Spirit, from The Game of Life by Florence Scovel Shinn.

You might prefer:

I now have an AMAZING day.

It's important it resonates...so choose what feels right for you. And if AMAZING isn't your word, try on happy, great, peaceful or even better for size.

I don't always use AMAZING...I allow myself to be guided each morning by my gut.
