🏆 Championship Quarter-Final Victory for Multyfarnham U16 Girls!
What a battle from our U16 girls as they came out on top against a very tough Milltown Ladies GAA side in the Championship Quarter-Final! 💪❤️

Multyfarnham started strongly and took an early lead, but Milltown fought hard and refused to let the game get away from them. At one stage, they had closed the gap to just one point, setting up a tense finish.

The Multy girls showed incredible determination when it mattered most. Every player worked tirelessly, with some brilliant scores, huge saves and fantastic defensive play. They gave absolutely everything and left it all on the pitch.

Against a strong Milltown team, the girls dug deep and eventually secured a deserved 4-08 to 3-05 victory and a place in the Championship Semi-Final! 👏🏐
⭐ Player of the Match: Hannah McCormack
Hannah was outstanding in the back line and put in a massive performance from start to finish. But this was very much a full-squad effort, with every girl playing her part in a brilliant team win.

Our U10 Boys enjoyed a great morning of football at a blitz in Clonmellon last Saturday. 🏐🇶🇦

This group continues to improve with every blitz, and their hard work, determination and teamwork are fantastic to see. The lads played for one another throughout, listened well to instructions and gave their all in every game.

The future is certainly bright for this brilliant group. Keep up the great work, lads! 💪🇶🇦🏐

Match Report: Intermediate Championship R4

Multyfarnham 2-09 (15) – Milltownpass 3-20 (29)

Multyfarnham put in a battling and committed performance against Milltownpass at TEG Cusack Park, with the maroon and white showing plenty of attacking intent and determination throughout.

Milltownpass edged the opening half, going in at the break 1-09 to 1-04 ahead. Multyfarnham continued to work hard and refused to let the deficit dampen their efforts, with Antony McGivney finding the net and Mattie Thornton Donal Hannon, Adam Bate contributing points from play and placed balls in the first half.

Multyfarnham continued to show plenty of character after the restart. Mattie Thornton was a constant threat throughout, while Adam Bate also impressed with a piercing run at the Milltownpass defence to find the back of the net. Further points from CJ Tighe, Adam Loughrey and Ian McGovern kept Multyfarnham battling away as they looked to close the gap.

The Multy defence and midfield continued to work tirelessly, with JimmyGreene, Ronan Greene, Gareth Mullaniff and Jack Leavy putting in a huge shift.

Milltownpass, however, showed their strength as the game progressed and managed to take advantage of their opportunities in the final stages. Multyfarnham continued to push forward right to the finish, but the visitors eventually secured the victory on a 3-20 to 2-09 scoreline.

Well done to our U8 Boys who had a great morning of football in Clonmellon despite the tricky conditions. 🏐👏

The lads showed super skills, held their shape really well and worked together as a team throughout their games against St. Pauls GFC Clonmellon and Castletown Finea Coole Whitehall GFC .

The latest outing for our u10 girls saw us participate in the very well organised Matt Slevin Memorial Tournament at Ballynacargy Gaa which turned out to be a great occasion. In the games the Multy team performed brilliantly against Caulry GAA , Bunbrosna GAA and Milltown Ladies GAA in their matches. Well done everyone 🇶🇦🏐⛹️
