Menopause . Awareness , support and understanding .
We have perimenopause , menopause and post menopause.
All with similar symptoms some affect us all some only affect a small minority.
Whatever they are help and support is imoortant .
Knowledge and understanding is vital .
It is a complete minefield out there . Brain overload together with unlimited posts and social media on what you should do , take and eat !
But , remember one thing you are an individual and this is the main reason I am now training in coaching and supporting women who are currently within this cohort .

A huge variety of wellness treatments and therapies for you .
Lymphatic drainage massage - removing toxins , elevating energy , increasing joint and muscle movement , reducing stress & anxiety , reducing bloating and water retention.
Menopause Massage - exactly that using beautiful gentle techniques in a calm peaceful environment incorporating pressure points to reduce various symptoms & using breath work to lower the stress levels associated with the menopause .
Swedish / Deep tissue using hand techniques and suction cupping . Enhancing muscle tone and release as well as reducing tension , stress and joint pain/ pressure .
Indian head massage- providing a beautiful relaxing massage to remove tension and stress in the head and neck back and shoulders .
Holistic facials including Gua Sha , Lymphatic, holistic and seaweed .
Target Release massage - this is clients choice of area that may need some extra attention can be 30/45 or 60 minute .

Lymphatic drainage / this has been a favourite client therapy for 6 years very beneficial for many issues .
Cupping / this is using plastic cups using a suction method great for removing tension and also enhancing lymphatic drainage .
