Delighted to finally offer this amazing therapy .
Deep tissue Cupping .
It can be offered as a stand alone treatment the suction is done via a pump , yes it can leave marks but , they would be faded within a few days .
This therapy is combined with hands on massage and can be extremely beneficial for a variety of conditions. Through the suction it lifts restrictive layers of muscle and fascia . Improving blood flow , releasing tightness (knots) tension
& helps drain the lymphatic system as well . Great for back pain , chronic stiffness , detoxifying the body and reducing tension.
I will be offering this with lymphatic drainage massage as a combination treatment this would be more in a form
of flowing massage rather than deeper cupping work as the cups can help a deeper sense of drainage flow to the lymphatic nodes .
This therapy would have a varied time and price for more information please contact me on my mobile .

For so many of us ladies the menopause can bring many changes to our bodies !
Sadly so many of these can make us feel fatigued , lost , sad, angry and totally out of touch with ourselves .
There are so many symptoms too many to express on a post !
But soon this will become available within my therapy work alongside coaching for menopause .
I will be holding a few open evenings in September for anyone who wants to find out more to drop in and have a chat , maybe book in for a session or a massage .
So keep an eye on my page once my final certification is complete this package will be available.

Do you meditate?
It’s clearing your mind ,keeping calm and stable . It allows focus and the ability to step away for a while . I use mindful , guided or concentration meditation depending on what the client needs.
I provide this with simple breathwork to help support clients when they are dealing with anxiety , stress & sleep issues .
Mixing it into forms of therapy not only assists with allowing the client to fully relax but provides them with a skill to bring home with them.
Working with those dealing with cancer this is extremely powerful and therapeutic.
It is in fact one of the most effective tools I use within a therapy session.

So excited for this !
Just need to get my insurance cover and I can start to add this to my therapies .
Deep Tissue cupping is one of the most interesting yet effective therapies I have trained in . It can be a set alone treatment or combined into sports , Swedish , deeper work and also lymphatic drainage !
Many benefits to I will set up another post to disclose all of these soon .
I will be adding this therapy to my list as soon as I am insured to use it on my clients .

I listen , I invest and I provide .
It’s that simple .
Offering many forms of massage .
Full Body Swedish . Indian Head . Target therapy work . Sports/deep tissue . Lymphatic massage . Relaxation Massage .
Or
You can take a massage and add something else ! Like a mini facial , invigorating scalp massage , hand and foot massage or a crystal healing.

Hi everyone .
As a professional I want to just take a little moment to express an important message .
For anyone who is fully trained , insured , with professional qualifications as well as CPD courses please remember your worth .
It took me 2 years to just gain a professional qualification to be able to give the general public a Swedish massage! . The massage training included full understanding of anatomy & physiology, health and safety , first aid , skin conditions , medical conditions , contraindications and of course massage techniques , structure & knowledge . This is only a snippet . On top of this I have gathered 11 years working in this profession . Not only that I have also trained professionally in iTEC Sport Cert 3 , Lymphatic Drainage , Indian Head , Oncology, Reiki , Facial and Beauty certification ITEC , HEARTS therapy and soon finishing my menopause coaching with nutrition and massage .
Not only the training and understanding but also completing professional examinations . This is not just intense training but also come with a high cost.
So please for those of you within our profession Know Your Worth .
We are professionals working to tight legislation , paying high insurances , rent and continued training to enable us to provide the public with therapies and care to enable them to benefit their wellness , put their faith and trust in us , this is a big part of what we do .
Don’t underestimate your profession we have worked hard to get here . Thank you ☺️
