I am met with surprise every time people find out that I gave up my very busy and successful Massage and Bodywork practice to practice Rebirthing Breathwork only.

I found RB (or it found me) after being a student of myself for 25years. I spent 25years working on myself, trying to heal from trauma, bettering myself.
And I came a long way...but the deepest core of my suffering remained untouched. And I had no idea how to get to it leave alone work through it.

Through Rebirthing Breathwork I went to places deep within where I was able to access what I was still holding. It helped me see my negative patterns very clearly and brought awareness and presence to my life. It wasn't a therapy that finished once the session was done, it rippled through all aspects of my life.
It undid what didn't work, it highlighted what had to be seen and helped me release what wasn't necessary anymore.

After 300hours of training & qualifying as a RB therapist I had witnessed and experienced the undeniable power and depth of Rebirthing Breathwork.
I saw and felt the change it can bring about. And I couldn't unsee it anymore.
I had to stay true to myself so I gave up my Massage and Bodywork practice for Rebirthing Breathwork.❤️

This year I am doing the second Level of RB training. Allowing myself to meet myself more deeply. Becoming a more authentic, aligned version of myself and deepening in my experience of a RB practitioner.

I love my forest walks❤️
Initially I used them as a welcoming break from being a mam and getting away from household 😅.
But over time my walks turned into much more than that. I realised the peace I feel being in the forest. My energy is able to expand and release without judgement.
I learn a lot from the depth that I drop into when being around the tees. The reconnection with your self.
When the mind is calm you begin seeing through the eyes of the heart. ❤️

Dear Clients & Friends,

Since I became a Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator my heart has been beating for practicing it.
I experienced the profound transformation that can happen through using the breath repeatedly, and fell in love with it.
From now on I will no longer take bookings for Massage/Bodywork and Reiki.
I have enjoyed offering these services and helping so many of you get better.
But now it's time to let go of those to allow what I am feeling called to do to unfold- to guide you on your journey to inner peace and freedom.

What a year this has been!
I started my beautiful inward journey with Rebirthing Breathwork 12 months ago.
This journey has turned me inside out in the best possible way. I got to experience, know and love myself and the path I walk in a whole different way. RB has taken me to inner places I never thought of being possible.
I am so grateful to my teacher Geraldine Ahern from Rebirthing Breathwork Ireland and the beautiful ladies who have become closer than friends being on this path with me for the last year.❤️
I will be starting to offer RB sessions one to one very soon.✨

What a year this has been!
I started my beautiful inward journey with Rebirthing Breathwork 12 months ago.

To my dear clients - I am taking a break...

I have felt this break coming for quite some time.
As you all know I do believe in being authentic and listening to how you feel and what it is you need.
In the last years I have held space for my loved ones and my clients going through difficult times while going through personal challenges.
Thankfully everyone is good now and on a good path.

I have been immersed in Rebirthing Breathwork Training also since last October which turned my focus inward in a very confrontational but beautiful way.
It has shown me the need for more silence and joy.

I have decided to take 6 weeks off work to do the things that make my heart sing so I can recharge and return full of energy❤️

I will be available for appointment bookings from 20th September onwards.🙏
