If you keep injuring the same muscle
Keep rolling the same ankle
Keep flaring up your back
The problem might be you never finish your rehab once your pain goes away.
If you stop doing your rehab as soon as the pain goes away
YOU ARE COOKED
The injury will come back with a vengeance or it will lead to a different injury down the line.
Finish your rehab!!!

If you’re worried about flaring your back again
You should be focused on strengthening it not stretching.
It might be feel contradictory but lifting heavy weights is the solution not a problem for your lower back.
Most people just avoid what triggers their back which is a great short term solution - but a terrible long term plan
Strength is the key to preventing future worse flare ups

I don’t normally believe in magic exercises but this is up there with as close as you can get for a patella tendon problem..
The biggest problem you’ll encounter with knee rehab is weak and wasting quads
spark some life back into them and try this before your next leg exercise.
