Thank you for an incredible first 9 months!
As we wrap up our first year at NP Care Collective, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to every person who has supported, visited, or recommended us. It’s been a wonderful year of growth, connection, and care — and I’m truly grateful.

We will be closed from 19 December and will reopen on 5 January 2026.

Important Update: Telehealth Policy Changes
Effective November 1st, 2025
Please be aware of upcoming changes to telehealth Medicare eligibility:
New Telehealth Requirements:

To be eligible for Medicare rebates on telehealth appointments, you must have had a face-to-face consultation with us within the last 12 months.
If you haven't been seen in person during this period, telehealth appointments will incur a private fee with no Medicare rebate available

What This Means For You:
✅ Had a face-to-face visit in the last 12 months? You're eligible for Medicare rebates on telehealth
❌ Haven't been seen face-to-face in the last 12 months? Telehealth will be a private fee (no Medicare rebate)

If you're unsure about your eligibility or have questions about this change, please contact our practice. We're happy to check your records and discuss your options.

NP Care Collective will be open on Wednesday 1st October, but closed on:

- Thursday 2nd October
- Friday 3rd October
- Monday 6th October (Public Holiday)

We will reopen as normal on Tuesday 7th October.
