Tonight during this powerful eclipse I will be saying “Whatever is not aligned for my highest good, my peace of mind, and my true path, please remove it from my field. What a beautiful afternoon of rest, connection, and deep relaxation at the Wellness & Spa in the Grace Hotel, Westport. 💛✨

It was such a privilege to guide a wonderful group of 11 amazing women through a sound healing journey. A special mention to our three beautiful mums-to-be, who shared this peaceful experience with their little ones growing safely within. 🤍

All the ladies from Carraig Donn treated themselves to a delicious lunch before joining us for a calming afternoon of self-care and restoration.

Thank you to each and every one of you for bringing such beautiful energy into the room and a heartfelt thank you to Triona Joyce for inviting me and organising this beautiful gathering. I hope you all left feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply nourished.

What a beautiful little moment today at Old Head 🌞🌊✨

I was out on the beach, soaking up this incredible weather, when I came across the most stunning mandala inscribed into the sand. With the sun shining, the sea sparkling, and the moon moving through Scorpio, it all felt especially magical.

I stopped to admire it and take a few photos, and ended up chatting to a man walking by — only to discover he was the artist himself, Anthony O’Brien of The Mayo Mandalas in Mayo who also has a book called A journey at the heart. Such a lovely surprise.

It was one of those simple moments that reminds you how art can spark connection, conversation, and a real sense of presence. Feeling very grateful today — for the sunshine, for creativity, and for those unexpected little encounters that make a day feel special. 💛

Grateful to be invited to the BPW Galway 40th anniversary summer lunch in Salthill today as part of my role as dementia advisor/family support facilitator with Western Alzheimer’s. BPW Galway is the Business and Professional Women’s group. Western Alzheimer’s is a registered charity set up to provide support services to people experiencing dementia and their families across Mayo, Galway, and Roscommon.

Behind every dementia diagnosis is a family navigating a long goodbye. It is a journey that can feel deeply isolating, but Western Alzheimer’s ensures that no one must walk it alone. 💜I feel so honoured to do this work along with my own business ._
A lovely afternoon connecting, sharing, and raising awareness 💜the women is this room are truly amazing and inspiring.

🌼🌼There’s so much going on in the world right now… it can feel heavy at times.

But today, the 1st of May, with the energy of the full moon in Scorpio and Beltane marking the return of the light, feels like a gentle reminder that things can shift. That light comes back in. That growth is always happening, even when we don’t see it straight away.

I’ve met so many people lately who are carrying a lot, going through things quietly, and it really makes me stop and appreciate the small, simple things in my own life.🤍

So if you’re dealing with something right now, take today as a little sign… to hold onto hope, to have faith that things can get better, or to find the courage to face whatever is in front of you.
