"One sentence stayed with me for years."

One sentence. That's all it took. Years of internal torment followed.

I loved this chat with the fabulous , but due to technical issues we need to record our chat again. Still, I wanted to share her words here since they were powerful 👏

Sarah was just eight years old when someone commented on her body. She still remembers that moment today.

It's a reminder that the words we speak can stay with someone for years. They can shape confidence, self-worth and the way someone sees themselves long after we've forgotten saying them.

So many of us carry a story like this. A comment. A moment. A belief that was never ours to begin with.

Healing isn't about pretending those moments never happened. It's about recognising they don't have to define the rest of your life.

I think manifestation has become far more complicated than it needs to be.

So many people spend their time asking for signs, pulling more cards, repeating the same affirmations over and over, or asking the Universe for the same thing every single day.
Personally, that's not how I work.

When I want to create something in my life, I get really clear on what I'm asking for. I place the order with the Universe once. Then I trust it.

From there, my focus shifts.

I ask myself, "Who do I need to become to naturally receive this?"

That's where the real work begins.

It's about embodying the energy of the person you're becoming. Making decisions from that place. Taking aligned action. Choosing yourself. Trusting your intuition. Living as though you're no longer waiting for permission to begin.

For me, that's where the Law of Assumption becomes so powerful.

You're no longer chasing your future. You're becoming the version of yourself who naturally attracts it.

It's simple. It's grounded. And in my experience, it works. It involves TRUST. If you ask for it, and you are in alignment and ready to receive, why would you not attract it into your life? BELIEVE. Asking for daily signs shows the Universe you do not actually trust, you are hoping. Hoping is not concrete... it is passive, and rooted in fear.

You do not Hope or Wish. You Know it to be true. If you know it to be true... why worry?

That's exactly how I approached opportunities like Ireland AM and speaking at WellFest. I didn't obsess over how they would happen. I got clear on what I wanted, continued showing up, and stayed open to the opportunities that aligned with that vision 💡

Come Home to Yourself

There comes a point in your healing journey where you realise you were never searching for another person. You were searching for yourself.

The version of you that laughed more freely. Trusted more deeply. Dreamed without fear. The version of you that slowly disappeared as you carried heartbreak, disappointment and the weight of trying to be enough for everyone else.

Maybe healing isn't about fixing what's broken. Maybe it's about remembering what was never truly lost.

Inside ALIGNED LOVE, we spoke about soul retrieval. The gentle process of reclaiming the parts of yourself you've abandoned through survival, fear and self-protection. The confidence that became smaller. The voice that became quieter. The heart that stopped believing it was safe to fully open.

Piece by piece, you remember. Not because someone else completes you.
But because you finally stop leaving yourself behind. That is where everything begins to change! 💡✨️

The ALIGNED Love Programme was so powerful 🔮

It's not your loved one who's challenging you. It's not your loved one who's trying to hurt you. It's the illness."

One of the most powerful moments from my conversation with Laura Casey from Lois Bridges was hearing her explain the difference between a person and their eating disorder.

When someone you love is struggling, it can be heartbreaking to watch. You may see behaviours that feel out of character. You may feel confused, frustrated, worried, or helpless.

But eating disorders can take hold in ways that are difficult to understand from the outside looking in.

The person you know and love is still there. Beneath the fear.
Beneath the coping mechanisms. Beneath the illness.

Sometimes the most important thing we can remember is that the eating disorder is not their identity. It is not their values. It is not who they truly are.

A powerful reminder for anyone supporting a loved one through recovery.

I'm so happy I got to return to WellFest this year.

Last year I was there pregnant, and this year I was there with a five-month-old baby, marking my return to work after maternity leave. It felt incredibly special.

The crowd was so lovely. So engaged. So open. I had so many people come up to speak to me afterwards, sharing kind words and saying they felt truly seen by the collective message they received.

Some people stumbled across the talk, others came because they knew me, but I really believe everyone there heard exactly what they needed to hear.

I’m so happy and proud to have been part of such a wonderful event, celebrating WellFest’s 10-year anniversary. The atmosphere was magical and electric, and I hope I get to do it all over again soon.

I love hosting talks. I love seeing the moment the realisation lands. The nods of recognition. The tears brimming in people’s eyes. The feeling of people remembering something within themselves.

I really love what I do, and I’m so grateful to have been part of such a special line-up of Ireland’s incredible wellness talent.

You’re comparing your chapter two to somebody else’s chapter twelve.

They’re further along, they have more resources, more support, they’re in a completely different position to you. And all of a sudden, you feel like you should be operating at that level too.

But you’re not there yet.

And that doesn’t mean you’re failing. It just means you’re in a different part of your journey.

I catch myself on this sometimes. That feeling of comparison, of envy, of thinking I should be further ahead. But when you actually sit with it, that feeling is usually showing you something deeper. It’s pointing you towards what you want, not what you’re lacking.

You don’t need to rush to get there. You don’t need to skip steps. Everything you’re building right now is laying the foundation for where you’re going.

There are so many people who feel like this but don’t talk about it.

If this resonates, we go deeper into this conversation in my latest podcast episode with Hannah O’Neill, where we talk about self-trust, comparison, building a business, and navigating the reality of stepping into your path.

It’s so important to support small businesses. To support local. To support women who are building something from nothing 🙏

I put a comment box up recently... "what would you do if fear was not an option?". So many women messaged about studying, starting a business, changing career, speaking on stage, bringing ideas to life.

Every business you admire, every female-led brand you see doing well now… it started small. In a bedroom, a box room, late nights after work. Packing orders alone. Figuring things out as they went. Taking a chance on an idea that maybe felt uncertain at the time.

Everyone starts at the beginning. Everyone starts at the bottom.

And I see so many women who want to start… but feel scared. Scared to tell their partner. Worried what their friends might think. Unsure if they’ll be accepted for doing something different, or choosing a path that isn’t what’s expected of them.

That’s why support matters so much.

It doesn’t have to be big. It can be buying from them, even as a gift. Sharing their work. Showing up to their event. Listening to their podcast. Recommending them. Encouraging them.

Because behind every small business is a person backing themselves, taking a risk, and putting their heart into it.

And we need more of that. More support. More encouragement.

I’m so excited to be part of this year’s lineup for the 10th anniversary of WellFest, Europe’s largest outdoor wellness festival 🤍

I feel genuinely honoured to be speaking on the WellMind stage alongside such incredible voices, with .ie speaking before me and straight after. It’s an amazing lineup to be part of, so I better bring my A-Game 🤭

Being back this year feels really special. Last year was such a beautiful experience for me.
I was pregnant at the time and hadn’t shared it yet, so standing on that stage with my little boy in my belly is a moment I’ll always hold onto.

And now this year… I’m returning as a new mum! Coming back from maternity leave, stepping back onto the stage, and back into what I love. It feels like such a full-circle moment.

I’m really, really grateful to be part of it again 🎪

Cannot wait to meet everyone and soak up the collective magic 🥹 Thank you to the amazing team who work ridiculously hard to bring this amazing weekend to us yearly.

I have first-hand experience of big event projects, and I know how much effort goes in behind the scenes. You are all wonderful!

Limited number of Day Tickets left. Do not miss this, or you will have serious FOMO.

There are moments in life where everything looks fine on the outside, but something inside you just feels off.

You might call it confusion, feeling lost, or even a midlife crisis. But a lot of the time, it is something much deeper than that.

It is your soul trying to get your attention.

It is that quiet voice within you asking for more. More alignment. More truth. More of what actually feels right for you.

And it does not always come in a big, dramatic way. Sometimes it is just a small moment. A thought in the middle of an ordinary day. A feeling that you cannot ignore anymore.

The life you built might no longer feel like it fits, and that can be uncomfortable to admit, especially when you have worked so hard to get there.

But it is okay to change. It is okay to want something different. It is okay to realise that what you once thought you wanted is no longer aligned with who you are becoming.

Your purpose is not always about your career. Sometimes it is about how you live, how you feel, what brings you joy, and what you are being called towards in this season of your life.

You are not behind. You are not lost. You are being redirected.

And sometimes all it takes is one moment of honesty with yourself to change everything.

Everyone thinks confidence means not being nervous.

But the truth is, the nerves never really go away. You just learn how to see them differently.

What Hannah says here is so important. The nerves aren’t a sign to stop. They’re a sign that something matters to you.

We put so much pressure on ourselves to get everything right, to be perfect, to say the right thing, to look a certain way.

But that pressure is what holds so many people back.

When you strip it all back, it’s not about being perfect. It’s about showing up, being human, and allowing yourself to enjoy the process.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to start.
