Life isn’t straight-forward, often it’s not easy and sometimes we might even veer off track but I do believe that what is meant for us will never pass us by.
And that’s what this page is all about.
If you’re new here, you’re so welcome.
I’m Bláithín, a 46 year old mother, wife and healer who believes fervently in the transformative power of real wellbeing. Not the ‘nice nails and fresh blowdry’ type of wellbeing, nor the ‘let’s jump on the latest trend’ type of wellness. I mean truly being well. ON THE INSIDE. Being able to sit with yourself and feel at peace. Not having to busy yourself to the point of distraction. Wellbeing that brings you on a journey of transformation so become the best version of you. That type of wellbeing.
And I truly believe that we are all capable of this. Sometimes, we need someone to hold our hand along the way, or help us through a sticky patch, but ultimately I want all of my clients to feel empowered to do what I do with them, for themselves.
I’m here to support you and your children to reach your potential in a way that feels safe and creates lasting results.
Let’s get to know each other a little better.
👉🏻Tell me in the comments what’s your vision of wellbeing and I’ll share a few things about me you might not know.
- I started this business on the back of multiple signs. I used to go walking to clear my head and every day for over a year I would walk a trail of pure white feathers. After a while, I began to see them as signs. I began to notice that if I was thinking about my ‘idea’ almost instantly I would see the feathers. Then the day we started building works, there was a massive cloud formation in the sky exactly over where my healing rooms are now!
- The first time I was on a plane was when I was 16 to go the world Irish Dancing Championships in Ayr, Scotland. I came 4th!
- I lived in France on 3 separate occasions (Poitiers, Tours and Paris) and twice in Geneva just so that I could learn French.
- My dream holiday destination is French Polynesia.

I’m really glad you’re here.
