A Touch of Magic

Last week I started a new Over 55’s Meditation & Angel Energy class, organised by The Happy Hearts Active Retirement Group in Portarlington Community Centre and I have to say, it’s one of the most uplifting classes I’ve ever taken part in ✨

This week, I channeled the power house that is Archangel Raphael and the healing these women received was pretty amazing so I’ve decided to bring this magical energy to all of my classes this week 💚

There are currently 3 places left for my Monday evening class in Portarlington, 5 in Wednesday mornings Monasterevin class and 2 chairs left for Friday mornings Over 55’s , so if this sounds like an energy you could do with right now to lift you up, DM to book 😇

For all those down the back 📣📣

Feeling doesn’t destroy you, it sets you free. Setting down your emotional and mental load at any age WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE 💕

We all experience hard times, every single one of us. It’s a condition of the contract, written before we got here 😬 At every stage of your life you will experience joy and pleasure but also an equal amount of hardship and grief..that’s just the way it is. We have all had the same experiences, in one way or another. Stages that take us down, knock us off our feet and straight out of our beliefs. Stages that leave you numb.

The emotional, mental, physical and spiritual toll this takes on a human is heavy. Some blows heavier than others, making them very difficult to lift. Starting from the day you arrive here and the longer the life, the heavier the load 😞

Set it down people. SET IT DOWN!!

If you want your next chapter to be magical, you have to set down the load from the last one!

Any day is a good day to start working on what’s weighing you down and letting the heavy go, brick by brick. It’s the not the easy quick fix but falling apart and putting yourself back together, on your terms, is worth the work ✨

In 1 I.E.T session, working on 9 different areas of the body, I channel an energy that has the power of 9 angels and simultaneously removes bad/negative blockages and replaces them with it’s more positive/loving counterpart. It is most sincerely, the closest thing to magic 😇😇

The only thing you have to do is show up for yourself 😘

I had the divine pleasure of hosting a new weekly Meditation & Energy Healing class for the Over 55’s this morning and the energy in the room was amazing 🤩

Watching these women finally show up for themselves and be 💯 present for the healing they are long overdue was truly magical ✨
