❤️ We were delighted to be able to support such a worthwhile cause. A massive thank you to everyone who supported our event in Downings and helped us raise this fantastic amount 🥰❤️

A big thank to members of local club Tyrone Dippers for their recent donation of £707.00 following their recent event in Downings. We appreciate the support!

Funds will be used to support the work of the Rory Carlin Memorial Fund Project which supports children & young people around Emotional Health & Wellbeing and Substance Misuse issues

🎨🪨 DIPPERS CRAFT NIGHT 🪨🎨

What a brilliant wee night we had! 🥰

Plenty of laughs, plenty of craic and some serious artistic talent on show… well, from some of us anyway 😂🎨

We painted loads of stones with positive, motivational and slightly questionable messages 🤣❤️ These will be left around Moorlough on our litter-picking day to give all the runners and walkers a wee smile and a boost along the way. 🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and got stuck in, and to The Grassroots Learning Hub for having us. ❤️

Keep your eyes peeled around Moorlough… you might just find a little bit of Dippers positivity when you need it most. 🪨✨

A massive THANK YOU to every single person who donated, took part, volunteered, cheered us on or supported us in any way. Every bit of support helped us reach this fantastic total.

We’re having a wee craft night this Thursday evening at 7pm in The Grassroots Learning Hub, John Wesley Street 🥰

We’ll be painting stones with little inspirational and motivational messages to leave around Moorlough on our litter-picking day, giving all the runners and walkers a wee boost along the way ❤️🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️

If you have a wee stone you can bring along, please do… wee stones now, not massive rocks! 😅🪨😂

With the Perigus Energy Moorlough 10 Mile / 10K Challenge coming up on Sunday 27th September 2026, Tyrone Dippers are getting together for a wee community clean-up around Moorlough to make sure the area is looking its best for race day! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️✨

I’m not sure words can describe just how good today was ❤️

Thank you so much to everyone who made the journey to Downings this morning for our 5km and dip. And a massive congratulations to the brave souls who had their very first dip today…amazing! 🙌🏻🌊

We are sooo, so proud of every single person who put themselves out there and completed our 5km and dipped. What an incredible achievement! ❤️ It doesn’t matter what adventure we put in front of you, you all just get stuck in and give it your all every single time 🙌🏻

And a special mention for Carmel’s first dip since joining the 60 club! 🎉🌊 Sixty and still as fabulous as ever 💋❤️

A huge thank you to all our volunteers who gave up their time to help today, from our route volunteers and cheerleaders to medal givers, supporters and everything in between 😂 You helped make the whole morning what it was 🥰

All proceeds are going directly to The Rory Carlin Foundation

Thank you to Mary, as always, for her amazing bakes. You have us all far too spoiled! 🧁❤️
