Meet Louise .hum.mindful.movement who will be teaching our Restorative Yoga classes on Friday evenings
Life can sometimes feel hard, and with the demands of family and everyday life, making time for yourself may not feel like a priority.
I came to yoga through a desire to slow down, to reconnect with myself and to find a little more space and stillness amidst those demands.
Over time, yoga has become much more than movement for me — it has become a way of listening, feeling and coming home to myself.
I’m particularly drawn to the deeply nourishing practice of restorative yoga. I love creating spaces where we can let go of doing and allow
I believe that sometimes the most powerful practice is to stop striving — to surrender into the moment, listen inwardly and remember that we are already enough.
My intention is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can pause, breathe, let go and come home to yourself.
