Evolution Incoming... 😍

New Location - ROUNDWOOD

As you all know, later this week Ruma Integrative is moving!
Along with this move has come some very exciting changes to ways you can work with me.

For all existing clients, don't worry - in person treatments remain the same - integrative care that meets you where you are - using whatever modalities you require on the day.
The change is simply making this an easier decision for what you book with 2 clear choices - Signature or Pregnancy.

When you book this in studio session, you can 100% decide you solely want a massage, or a nervous system support session. It just means that everything in my toolbox is available to you.
All inclusive. No extra charges.

I am thrilled to be bringing 2 online offerings - 1:1 Integrative Women's Wellness & a powerful group offering coming Jan 2027.

With these changes, particularly in location of clinic/studio, I have now freed up some space to be able to offer Home Care is again 😍

Group experiences will be dotted throughout the year - with first group experience starting next week with a regular yoga class.

I am so excited for this next phase & chapter. Thank you for being along for the ride!

Ruma Integrative is evolving ✨️

As you know, over some time I’ve been quietly reimagining what Ruma Integrative looks like & how I see this business evolving - especially around how I can support you in a way that feels more whole, accessible and connected to the different seasons of life.

Over the coming months, I will be refining the pathways in which you can work with me:

In Studio - New Location coming in September! 😍for hands on, personalised, whole-person integrative care.
(+ A regular class coming soon!)

Online - multi layered guidance, learning & deeper support - this will contain both a 1:1 and a group programme available.

Home Care - as things are adapting and in some ways simplifying, I am creating more space to return to something I hold very near to my heart for post partum & families - offering nurturing support in the comfort of your home.

This is just the beginning, I really can't wait to take you along this journey with me as lots taking shape behind the scenes.

I’ll be sharing more over the coming weeks, but for now, I simply wanted to let you in on the next chapter of Ruma Integrative.

Growth & Evolution

What a privilege and a blessing it is to be alive and to be given this opportunity to consistently grow & evolve.

This past year has been huge - in so many ways, personally, relationally, health wise, business wise - so much has come to the surface, to my awareness, and to my heart. There have been a lot of things I've needed to let go of and grieve, and many things I've learned I have outgrown and needed to adapt.

This is the thing about walking this path - one of healing, one of awareness and honesty, there is no avoiding, there is no staying stuck or staying still - there is only to be with the ever changing nature of life, sometimes beautiful, sometimes painful, always interesting.

Recently, I've been speaking about change because some changes are coming to Ruma soon. These changes reflect what's changed within me, my awareness and learning, how I work & by nature a business that is built around me must change too.

I really feel so grateful and proud of the direction things are shifting in - this next evolution of Ruma Integrative feels more true and more alligned then ever before & I am really looking forward to sharing more of this unfolding with you 💛

For some time, I've been feeling a quiet pull towards something different..

Not because what I've created hasn't been beautiful, but because I've grown.
Over the past few years, my work has evolved, my understanding has deepened, and I've found myself asking one question over and over again,

How can I create something that truly reflects the way I want to support people?

The answer to that has been unfolding slowly.
Less noise. More intention.
Less doing. More being.
More connection. More simplicity. More space.

Over the coming weeks, you'll start to see Ruma Integrative gently evolving. There are some exciting changes on the horizon that feel deeply aligned with where both me & this business are heading.

I can't wait to share them with you when the time feels right.

You’re not too sensitive.
You’re not too soft.
