Some of you may know Rachel as the owner of The Lemon Door Beauty Salon, which was once such a huge part of our community here in Ratoath. ❤️

At Empire Recovery Rooms we’re helping clubs across Meath & Dublin recover smarter, so players can bounce back faster between training and matchdays.

Our team recovery sessions include:
❄️ Ice bath (4-5°C) – reduce inflammation & speed up muscle recovery
🔥 Sauna (130°C) – ease tension & improve circulation
🛁 Hot tub (40°C) – relax the body after a hard session
🦵 Compression boots – flush out fatigue & boost blood flow

🦶 Slimming pods / infrared treadmills – extra recovery support

Sessions are tailored to fit your team’s schedule, with space for squads of up to 20+ players – so the whole panel can recover together, not just the ones who make time for it themselves.

To ensure we continue providing the best possible experience, we’ll be operating on temporary opening hours while our team carries out daily cleaning, maintenance, and facility refreshes to the highest standard. ✨

New Opening Hours (Until 1st September):

🔒 Monday & Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday
🕙 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🧼 Closed for Clean & Refresh
🌙 Re-open: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Thursday

Great to have the Ratoath AC Under 20 men’s and women’s teams in with us last night, helping the legs and bodies recover after their massive race weekend in Tullamore! 👏

Because this wasn’t just any weekend — Ratoath Athletics Club’s U20 team were crowned National U20 Team Champions, qualifying for Europe for the 5th year running!! 🥳🥳 That kind of consistency at the top is seriously special.

Huge congratulations to every single athlete who ran, worked and trained so hard to their way to that title 🙌 And a massive well done too to the coaches, trainers, parents and everyone behind the scenes who make Ratoath AC what it is — this doesn’t happen without you.
