I honestly can’t thank everyone enough for the support, encouragement and energy you’ve brought into the studio this week.
Our first week of classes has been insane, the energy has been incredible and the feedback has been better than I could have hoped for. Seeing the studio full of people moving, laughing, challenging themselves and enjoying their classes has made all the hard work so worth it 🤍
A huge thank you to every single person who booked a class, came along, brought a friend, shared a post, sent a message or simply supported me along the way.

And of course, a massive thank you to my amazing instructors for helping make the first week so special. 🫶🏼

Thank you for making it a week I’ll never forget. Here’s to many more classes, lots of movement and plenty of good energy! ✨

Still feeling so overwhelmed (in the best possible way) after our studio launch on Saturday 🤍

Thank you so much to everyone who came along to celebrate the launch of the studio. Seeing so many familiar faces, new faces, friends, family and our beautiful new members all in one place was honestly more than I could have imagined.

I’m so grateful for every single person who showed up, supported, shared the excitement and helped make the day so special 🥹

And now we’re officially into our first week of classes! I hope everyone is loving their sessions, settling into the studio and enjoying every minute on the reformer 🤍

This is only the beginning, and I’m so excited for what’s to come. Thank you for being part of it. 🫶🏼

IT’S OFFICIAL... BOOKINGS ARE NOW LIVE!

The wait is over! 🤍 The Análú Wellness app is now live and the timetable is officially open for bookings.
Here’s everything you need to know before booking:
• Reformer classes are open to everyone aged 16+. Mat classes are open to any age. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Grip socks are essential for reformer and must be worn for every class for safety and hygiene. They are not necessary for mat but can be useful. �• Special Launch Offer: Throughout August, every class is just €15.
• Classes are currently available to book until the end of August only. From September, both Pay As You Go classes and Memberships will be available.
• Everyone must complete a fundamental reformer class before booking into any other reformer class.
Funfamental classes have an ‘F’ beside the class name.
This is to ensure you have a very basic understanding of the Pilates principles. Ideally, if you have never tried Pilates before, you should try stick to fundamental/reformer 1 classes for several months before progressing on.
All mat classes are fundamental classes.�•To give everyone the best possible start, all August classes will be taught at beginner level, regardless of the class description on the timetable. This will help everyone build confidence with the reformer, learn the fundamentals of Pilates and feel comfortable using the equipment before progressing.�• If you have any issues registering on the app or booking a class, just send me a message and I’ll be happy to help.

After months of planning, renovating and dreaming, we’re so excited to finally welcome you to Análú Wellness Reformer Studio 💚

Whether you’re a seasoned Pilates lover or you’ve always been curious about Reformer Pilates, we’d love for you to pop in and say hello.

It’s about time I introduced myself and put a face to the page!

Hi, I’m Annie 👋

My journey started back in 2015 when I qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist and opened my very first clinic beside my parents’ house. Since then, I’ve been passionate about helping people move and feel their best.

In 2016, I qualified as a Pilates Mat Instructor and have been teaching classes in Mullaghbuoy Community Centre ever since. Along the way, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge through training in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Functional Range Conditioning, and more.

In 2025, I began training in Reformer Pilates, and I’m so excited to say that I’ll be opening my own Reformer Pilates studio very soon. Something I still can’t believe is actually happening!

When it comes to teaching, my focus is always on slow, controlled movement and helping you stay connected to your body. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced, I want every client to feel safe, supported, and challenged in a way that works for them.

But above all, my most important role is being Mammy to my two amazing children, Liam and Maddie 🤍 They are my biggest motivation behind everything I do.

Thank you for being here and for supporting my journey. I can’t wait to continue helping you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy everything Pilates has to offer.
