💜🌿 A Dream Come True in Provence 🌿💜

Since qualifying as an Aromatherapist many moons ago, I’ve always dreamed of visiting the beautiful lavender fields of Provence.🪻💜 And finally, I got to experience them!

There’s something truly magical about standing among the lavender fields and visiting the farm, surrounded by the incredible scents and beauty of nature. 🌿🪻✨

The healing power of plants and flowers is amazing. 🌸🌱 I believe they were placed here from creation as beautiful natural gifts to support our healing, wellbeing and connection to the earth. 🙏✨

It was also such a pleasure to meet the lovely Catherine and her gorgeous dog, Mona. 🐶🩷 Thank you for making our visit so special. And for your sweet comments. 🩷

There’s something incredibly healing about creativity — allowing yourself to switch off from the outside world, follow your intuition and just create. 💫🩷

✨ Sometimes the biggest leap of faith is simply choosing to live the life you've been dreaming about. 🌍🤍

For years, this was just a dream...
To travel with my family. To slow down. To experience new places, different cultures and beautiful landscapes. To reconnect with what truly matters.

Now we're living it.
This journey has reminded me that life isn't measured by how busy we are, but by the moments that take our breath away. The sunsets. The laughter. The quiet mornings. The people we meet. The memories we create together. 💛

Spiritually, I've realised something beautiful...
Joy is healing. Wonder is healing. Nature is healing. Being present is healing.

Life is so precious and none of us knows how much time we have. If there's something your heart keeps calling you towards... don't keep waiting for the "right time."
