Participant Spotlight ⭐️

Meet Miriam 👋 “at a check-up last week my doctor told me that my blood pressure had improved and my cholesterol levels had come way down, because I can’t take medication for them, she asked me what exactly have I been doing - I told her the biggest change has been ExWell !

I attend ExWell two days a week and it is just brilliant. Not only am I more aware of what my body can do, I have met so many wonderful people here and the social aspect is just fantastic”

A big thank you to Miriam for sharing this with us 💚 and well done to you for the amazing work you have put in !

Meet Therese 👋🏻 who attends our ExWell Centre in Athlone. Following a car accident in January 2025, Therese returned to ExWell to help with her recovery.

“I fractured my pelvis in 3 places and also fractured my hip - but just over a year later I’m nearly back to normal after returning to ExWell (on my crutches). Thank you to the ExWell team, you are doing great work”

A massive well done to Therese for all her hard work over the last year 🙌 we love to hear these achievements!
