💕 At Kindred we provide mums with a safe, nurturing space in which to prepare for labour & birth, and also connect with other mums to be on their pregnancy journey and in early motherhood.

They say it takes a village, and we believe this couldn't be more true.

These classes offer such a lovely way to meet fellow mums & mums to be, in a relaxed, supportive, community space.

✨️ To sum it up, this course focuses on creating safe, challenging, effective, empowering and transformative yoga sessions for all stages of life.

♥️ As a senior Yoga Teacher Trainer & Mentor, Noeleen brings over 25 years of experience as your trainer.
An Experienced Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher, Registered Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Transformative Coach and Systemic Constellation Coach, this is an amazing chance to learn from someone who generously shares their wisdom, from a place of deep knowledge and practice.

🌱 Bailey’s Reiki and Sound Healing Experience will take you on a journey of deep relaxation, inner peace and nervous system reset to help you calmly navigate this time of year.

We will begin by Bailey gently guiding the group through a Meditation. During the meditation you will be listening to the sound healing music Bailey has created specifically for this session. This music is infused with the healing Solfeggio frequencies and nature sounds to help give you full body relaxation.

will also be sending the group Reiki during the Meditation to help rebalance your chakras and relax your nervous system. At the end of the Meditation, each participant will recieve a mini-Reiki session while you continue to bask in the healing music.

❤️ Bailey is a Reiki Master and Sound Healer with a profound passion for assisting individuals on their journey of healing and relaxation. Her caring and intuitive approach creates a safe and nurturing environment for you to find peace, deep rest and healing. She looks forward to welcoming all into her healing space.

Fresh from her Myofascial Release training with Mel McLaughlin of The Yin Space, is leading a 6 week course from Tuesday 30th June.

Combining the beauty of the Yin Yoga practice with these techniques, we explore the season of Summer and dive into the organs of the element of Fire connecting us to the upper body and area of the heart and small intestine.

🧘‍♀️ Yin Yoga is a nurturing practice with longer holds supported by blocks and bolsters inviting our muscles to relax and encouraging a deepening into softening and hydrating the deeper layers of tissues.

🙌 Myofascial Release techniques use the hands, balls, blocks and foam rollers to allow a gentle manipulation of the tissues allowing for increased flexibility and a sense of release through the tighter places in our tissues.

Together these practices offer the body a complete reset and as we tune into the element and organs of the season, expect to come back into a sense of wholeness from the "yinside" out.

✨️ Although best joined as a full 6 week course, we have a limited number of drop in spaces available each week, which will be available to book June 26th.

When: Tuesdays || 8pm - 9pm
Course dates: 30th June - 4th August

All are welcome, beginner friendly.
No experience necessary.

Settle in, slow down, and soak up the stillness.

✨️ Yoga Nidra (deep meditative rest/ yogic sleep) is a guided savasana practice.
It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.
While you rest comfortably in savasana, you are guided through a meditation, leaving you with a sense of wholeness.

✨️ Restorative yoga is a deeply nourishing and therapeutic practice where props, blankets and cushions will support you as you explore the beauty of longer holds, in this floor based practice. ​

At Kindred we provide mums with a safe, nurturing space in which to prepare for both labour & birth, and early motherhood. In our postnatal classes, we focus on YOU, our new mama bears.

❤️ Katie B is passionate about supporting women through all stages of life, especially in the transformative journey of pregnancy, and early motherhood and cannot wait to welcome you this February.

This is a space for nourishing movement, a supportive community to learn together, while meeting new mums just like YOU.

We will begin class by checking-in with the group, allowing space to recognise what’s going on for you and how you are feeling on that day. This brings a sense of friendship, community, and support to all in class. They say it takes a village, and we believe this couldn't be more true.

❤️ What to expect:
~ A welcoming space to make new connections, gently check in and share stories, advice…and perhaps laughter & tears.
~ Therapeutic movement through postnatal Yoga. Prioritising both physical and emotional well-being, with special attention to core & pelvic floor health and nervous system resilience and co-regulation with baby.
~ Help relieve new mum aches and pains.
~ Relaxation Practices including calming breathwork techniques, meditation and restorative postures.
~ Class is followed by herbal teas, chats and nourishing snacks.

Anything goes during these classes, rest as you need, babies welcome.

Join Katie B for an extended practice of Restorative Yoga, just before the busy summer season begins.

Restorative yoga is a slow and gentle practice which initiates deep relaxation of the body, mind and spirit, and allows the body to heal.
It enables us to drop down into the parasympathetic nervous system, the place where the body can heal and renew itself fully.

What to expect:
~ a warm welcome
~ a rest nest, mindfully created with intention
~ an abundance of props to support you
~ soulful music & healing sounds
~ heavenly scents drifting through the air
~ supportive gentle, massage assists (optional)

♥️ Soothe the nervous system and sink into blissful relaxation. After practice, enjoy a warming herbal tea to close.
