Recently many of my clients have come with perimenopause & menopause symptoms.
This is a challenging season for all of us women, unfortunately!

I am not a Doctor so always look to the spiritual path when working through peri & menopause symptoms at Reiki Within. What we look to do is work with Reiki to balance your energy & support emotional shifts that you are going through.
I will use Reiki to support Physical, Emotional& Spiritual alignment.

There is a point that you will come to understand that this is a transition that you are going through & like many traditions I believe we come through wiser and with a stronger intuition!
Our power keeps building!

Make friends with your changing body, make friends with your anxious thoughts, try to do less doing and more being, inner peace will be your strength & will calm the lack of patience and anger that can easily come from nowhere!
Reiki is gentle, yet strong, this life force energy will help your nervous system heal and help you feel like yourself again.

It may be difficult to do, but do take time from the busy, hectic side of Christmas to connect with yourself & Heaven. In the stillness your nervous system will be nourished and you will feel more calm.

Christmas can trigger a lot of emotions, we remember that we are never alone.

Today use the frequency of the 12:12 portal to release stumbling blocks that are showing up in your life.
12 in numerology is completion, there’s an ending to a chapter available to you so that you can live a more true version of yourself.

Tune into this sacred frequency be honest with yourself about the patterns in your behaviour that you know are not working for you. They have probably been around for the last 9 years, sometimes showing up then going but always come back again. If you can fully release these patterns during this portal you will dissolve these attachments.

Making yourself small for others, being anxious , not accepting your own mistakes, self sabotage.. these are just a few examples that maybe you could release. You will feel energised by the golden opportunity of new energy and ready for your new cycle once you have completed the release.

Today & the next 4 days is the perfect time to align with this new energy if you choose to do so. Happy 12:12!
