We've found your next BBQ addition with this crunchy Asian Style Slaw! 🌱

Using our delicious Super Seed Salad Toppers for an extra nutritious crunch, this Slaw is perfect to add to your BBQ lineup ☀️

Here is how to make it:
Ingredients:
🥗Half a red cabbage, shredded
🥗3 carrots, shredded
🥗3 chopped spring onions
🥗A bunch of chopped coriander
🥗Good4U Super Seeds Salad Topper

For the dressing:
🥗3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
🥗1 teaspoon avocado oil
🥗¼ cup rice wine vinegar
🥗2 to 3 tablespoons honey or agave nectar (to taste)
🥗1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
🥗1 garlic clove, minced
🥗1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped

Method:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the salad ingredients.
2. In a small bowl or jar with a lid, place all the dressing ingredients. Whisk or shake to combine.
3. Toss salad with the dressing to coat. The salad can be served immediately or kept in the refrigerator, covered, for 3 days.
4. Enjoy a delicious, healthy, and crunchy slaw to complement your BBQ.
