🙌 THANKFUL THURSDAY 🙌

Well done to our February Challengers who lifted a phenomenal 200408.5 kg as part of the February MS 365 Challenge. It was very much a group effort from everyone attending the strength and conditioning classes in the MS Centre. The group raised a amazing €3482.08. Not everyone is included in the picture but it really was a group effort so well done to all.👏👏

The Board of Directors of the MS Centre would like to wish Geraldine Gordon all the very best on her retirement from the Board after 13 years of dedicated service.

Over the past 13 years, Geraldine has served as both a Director and Chairperson, giving generously of her time, experience, and support to help guide the MS Centre through many milestones and challenges. Her commitment to the MS Centre and the people who use our services has been greatly appreciated by staff, clients, volunteers, and fellow Board members.
Geraldine has played an important role in the growth and development of the MS Centre, and her contribution will be remembered.

We would like to thank Geraldine for everything she has done for the MS Centre and wish her a long, happy, and well-deserved retirement filled with health, happiness, and new adventures.
Thank you, Geraldine, for your dedication, leadership, and friendship over the years. You will be greatly missed.

World MS Day takes place this Saturday with the aim of raising awareness of multiple sclerosis, share lived experiences and recognise the strength, resilience and diversity of the MS community. In Ireland, MS Ireland’s campaign is helping to show that no two MS journeys are the same, while reminding people living with MS that they are not alone. For Rachel Keavney from Ballina living with multiple sclerosis means navigating a condition she describes as “invisibly unpredictable”.
Rachel will chat to Tommy Marren tomorrow morning just after 9 about her life with MS.
